The room was very clean. Great bed and nice grounds. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again as its location is easy to get to Mount Pleasant for lots of dining opportunities and thr beach.

The property was very clean. Staff were very polite. The pool area is small. The breakfast selection could have been better: eggs were powdered, sausage were not good, and there was no bacon.

This hotel is very popular and solidly very good. Service was the highlight with friendly and helpful staff. Upon our arrival our reservation made through Hotels.com was missing one night of our stay. Despite the hotel being filled to the brim, they were able to provide a room consistent with our reservation and were able to give it to us with a reduced rate.

I booked a last minute trip for my family, paid directly from the app, Drove 230 miles to the property and upon checking in was forced to surrender my debit card for an additional 50 dollar hold. I was completely offended by this due to the listing having an extremely detailed list of all additional fees, yet this hidden fee was not on the brochure at all. The hold was however immediately canceled after check out, but buyer beware that even if the final price on the brochure after tax and fee is paid you better have a debit card with at least 50 dollars on it before you check in. The property is amazing, the rooms are clean, the pool is small and glows st night. My family was happy with our stay and breakfast was awesome. I would recommend this site to anyone looking to visit palms for the weekend.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. It only took a few minutes to drive into downtown Charleston & it was a quick drive to the outlet mall for shoot. Nice location. The breakfast was okay.

This hotel is a typical Hampton Inn and consistently what we expect and why we feel comfortable with every Hampton nationwide. Always clean, bathrooms are great, bed is super soft. Later checkout for Hilton Honors, great hot breakfast. This hotel was a bit older in the Hampton Line-up, but great as always. 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston, but easy. Very close to Walgreens, grocery, etc. NICE area.

The hotel itself is clean and beautiful. Great area, just over the bridge from Charleston. Close to everything. Check in was quick and Alexis is awesome. Great recommendations for dinner and a very friendly person to chat with. The room is a little smaller than a typical room but it’s still plenty of room, don’t let that discourage you from staying here. The pool was clean and easy to access. The breakfast had a lot to choose from, best breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Although a non-smoking property based on posted signs, the lobby area distinctly smells strongly of cigarette smoke at all times. The room was clean and decently maintained. The pool was absolutely filthy. We couldn’t see to the bottom even in the shallow end, and was closed the second day of our stay. This was a huge disappointment because we chose this location specifically because we wanted a pool.

Everything was very clean, all the employees were nice, and breakfast was hot and fresh. No complaints. We would stay again.

Everything was amazing and very clean

We wanted to enjoy a short getaway with our 2 pups which included enjoying a musical event in downtown Charleston. The accommodations were wonderful, comfortable and we appreciated having a 1st floor room so taking the pups out for their walks was very convenient. The breakfasts were delicious. The outdoor areas were delightful.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Your staff were very attentive. There were a couple of small mechanical glitches in the room that they addressed expeditiously. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the breakfast was very good. The location could not have been much better. Downtown Charlestown attractions are about 10 to 12 minutes away depending on where we needed to go.

Decent for a 2 to 3 star hotel. Parking was good, and location is good to get access to the highway, but not a lot within walking distance of hotel. Room was a bit small, and lighting in the room is pretty poor. Overall not bad room, but for the money was hoping for something a bit better. Breakfast was free, but very limited in options, and little to no variation each day. Egg, meat, bread and waffle maker. Waffle was not very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Hotel is great, excellent location in mount pleasant right by patriots point. Walking distance to naval museum and water taxi. Beautiful trees on the property, ample parking. Breakfast was good and coffee available all day. Room was clean. Only complaint is the pillows were not firm enough and a little small.

Decided last minute to go to Charleston for the regatta. Everything was booked up and found this hotel the night before. Ended up working out great and location was literally right down the road.

Property was very clean and in good shape, breakfast was great and varied. Front desk personnel were not very welcoming or friendly but the ladies who took care of the breakfast area, and housekeepers were very friendly and polite.
