This was our third or fourth time staying and it’s always a great experience. Check in was easy and smooth, we had the restaurant and grab-n-go available, and check out was simple as well. Every staff member we came across was beyond kind and went above and beyond and it reminded us why we love coming here. This is always our first choice for a staycation in valley forge!

The cafe gave itself a tip of 100%by not giving an option to avoid tipping. Secondly, while I was overall very satisfied with the condition of the room the bathroom door looked like it hadn't been wiped down in months.

Great stay only issue was got a to-go order from the restaurant inside the hotel and my order was wrong unfortunately didn’t realized u til we got to the room. Besides that great stay. Love the contactless check in and check out.

Very clean inside with nice layout and nice bar section. Front desk staff was very nice upon arrival, even gifting me a warm cookie ! The rooms was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed so it was a great stay overall.

I was impressed with how good of a stay this was. Clean room with changed bedding daily. I was able to text with the front desk to ask for special requests. I asked for a bottle opener to be brought to my room and the request was never fulfilled even tho I reminded the staff an hour later.

Was Great only complaint is the room temperature. The wall unit didnt go to the actual unit so had to manually adjust the room.

While it was only one night's stay, I cannot stop saying how fantastic the staff were at every interaction. They seemed quite genuine. The room was exactly as we expected the quality to be and I found it to be supremely comfortable.

This was a nice hotel. The parking was easy, check in was easy but the hot water took a little long to get warm. The lobby was well designed and the room was a nice size .

Room was nice. Large TV and comfortable bed. It was a little noisy and a lot crowded due to a soccer tournament. The main critique is the water temperature. First night it took 15 minutes of running the shower to get any hot water (a maintenance person was there checking it out for us) and it did not maintain temperature consistently during a quick shower. Next day the water was warm enough to shower but never got very hot. We couldn’t change rooms due to the hotel being fullly booked.

My stay could have been better. When i arrived, there were no two bed rooms available due to other customers switching rooms. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes past 630pm before i was called and advised I had a room. Then I visited Alloy at going on 8pm and ordsred a burger and ceasar salad. I waited well over an hour and when i got the burger, it was VERY salty. I'm pregnant so disputing wasn't an option I was just ready for my stay to be over.

Check in is at 3. We got there at 515PM and were told no rooms were available. We went to dinner and tried back at 7PM no rooms were available. Finally at 715PM our room becomes available. Over 4 hours of no room.

Alloy has the reputation of being a 4star hotel, but like most hotels today it's time for a makeover! Thousands of people go through these properties every year. And every few years you have to renew them. I had a corner suit, but it was far from it. The A/C was so loud that you can't hear when someone is knocking at the door. The rooms are dated and needs upkeep. The furniture is old. The refrigerator in my room didn't work. Thanks to the staff for switching, it out. I asked to have my room clean, and housekeeping never cleaned it. They eventually brought towels. I have to give the Alloy a low score. I don't think I will stay there again.

Hotels.com billed for a stay they did not consummate or confirm. They billed my account and have refused to adequately address the issue despite I was required to pay twice. Essentially lost $800+ bc Hotels.com is unresponsive and impenetrable.

Decent enough modern hotel. There are hotels closer to Villanova and Haverford College, but rooms here are priced lower and when doing my search in February, there was still availability for May graduation weekend. You would not want to stay here without a car as there are no walkable activities near by.

Everything was great except having house keeping enter my room when I was in a towel. She said she was checking if I had left my room but it was 8am checkout is at noon. Other than that, great hotel, will stay again!
