Great location. Friendly and helpful staff, room was mostly clean but very outdated. Had a fridge but the freezer part had mold. Also had a microwave. The position of our room had to be below some sort of water source because there was a constant noise of water splashing/running. We had a double bed oceanfront room with a sofa bed but were told staff would not make up or change the sheets to the sofa bed.

Great affordable beach front hotel

You get what you pay for, and I knew that when booking. Rooms need updating. Refrigerator and microwave had rust inside them but were still functional. The freezer needed defrosting.....You must drag your bags up about 7 stairs before you can get to the elevator.

Staff was friendly, helpful and accomidating. Room was outdated but clean and comfortable. Could improve on breakfast selection. In fact friday morning there were items not available. Tha ks for the hospitality hope this helps!

The bathtub was clogged the entire time. They poured chemicals in but it never worked. The waffle machines need to be replaced. They stick horribly. Staff shouldn’t have to sit there and scrub them. Staff was very nice. All of them!

Amazing beach front view.

It was a cool holiday weekend at the hotel. But it definitely needs an update.

The staff is friendly. It’s a shame the hotel is in such bad shape. 1 elevator in our building-Rooms 100-320, two sets of stairs they are narrow and very weathered. The breakfast area does not accommodate the amount of guests which is upsetting, you have to take it to go back to a very small room that is not only small but outdated and gross. The shower faucet was so disgusting, dirt and mildew…I helped my sister to her room first, and bent down and saw 4 French fires under the bed? They must only change the sheets. Rooms 318/315 fries are probably still there. When I checked in to my room the curtains were off the track..I didn’t bother to ask them to fix. The microwave and fridge In my room were damaged.The tv was impressive considering the room was atrocious. The location is great but that’s it. The pools were okay, staff had their family swimming which I’m okay with… but it would be nice if the kids had manners. Wouldn’t recommend.

Not clean

Beware when booking this property that there are 2 buildings! We booked the Quality inn Beachfront hotel and we where put in a motel behind the beachfront hotel. The room was gross, dirty, and we all went home with symptoms that there was black mold in the building. Parts of the ceiling tile was in the bathtub when we got there. Water stains everywhere. My personal favorite was the very unsafe outlet which was just wonderful with a toddler in the room. We stayed for 5 nights and the room was not cleaned once even after we requested it. They advertise a free breakfast and it was very limited... mostly prepackaged pastries and waffles... which is fine but we have always been offered a source of protein with our breakfast when staying at other quality inns. The elevator does not work and we got stuck in it several times. The whole building smells of weed and the employees where constantly hanging out right below our balcony. I tried to add pictures but conveniently that feature is not working.

The hotel overall was ok. It did however seem a bit old and could use some upkeep. The water in our shower did not go down well leaving water in the tub while we showered and well after. The staff at breakfast were less than welcoming and did not even do us the courtesy of replying to our "good morning" greeting. The only plus was the proximity to the beach.

We loved the location! Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The room was large and the kitchenette was great to have. The housekeeping supervisor was a lifesaver when they ran out of coffee. She was there quick and was very helpful.

When checked into the property, there was sand and hair left in the shower tub. The toilet didn’t seem like it was cleaned either. The bathroom did not properly lock as well.

i Loved the place i had the beachview so good sunrise and walkable food options not so well but it was dueable. Pool indoors and out close early thou so get up n get out early. Breakfast poo just a waffle and tea might as well go to dennys.. Room service dont show unless you have more than 3 days or you have to request it on the door reall unreliable but we saw the cart and took our own simple swap .. other than that good bed , good room size, smoking balcony , complaining neighbors

It would be nice to have more on the menu for breakfast like eggs, sausage or bacon. The stairs hallway was dirty and smelled. It was nice to be in the hotel by the beach with a balcony. When I called the hotel I talked to Noah he was very nice and answered my questions.

False information about the hotel was that it was supposed to be beach front, but when we checked in, it was a completely different building on the side street and the manager didnt bother to help or fix the situation

The stay was good. Nothing to complain about.

The staff was excellent made our stay very pleasant! The location was perfect close to the beach and Jolly Rodger’s and maybe a 5 min ride to get to the board walk. Overall we would stay again!

The gentleman who checked us in were very kind. The rooms were not bad it just looks like the room could be better some things were not maintained ac unit needed a new filter bathroom vent thrown on Beds were very comfy balcony nice Pool was great (outside)

Too many flies inside the room. Water leak from bathroom sink and not drained properly. Informed the customer service desk and no one came for fix

The smell in the 1st room given was terrible the manager didn't wanted to get in as it was awful. The area for breakfast too dirty flies all over the food. It was bad....

The view was beautiful. I would definitely stay again.

The property was really clean and spacious. The manager name Eric gave an awesome hospitality, really care about his guests and helpful, made our stay better. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommended to anyone who is looking to stay in there.
