Dirty, Rude Staff. Walked Upstairs To My Room, You Could Hear Screaming and Moaning Thru The Halls. The Inside Of The Room Had A Whole In The Bathroom Door and No Hood Vent As Well As Yellow Bathtub. Cheap But Disgusting So Pick Your Poison Over Cheap or Clean

The facility was run down and filthy they put no money into it no cleanliness no thought or purpose. I cannot believe that Expedia would allow their name to be connected with such an establishment. I was very dissatisfied, this has truly shaken my trust in Expedia. I have pictures to support the dissatisfaction.

We booked here for the pool and it was disgusting. Very cold, and poorly maintained. Our tub dripped all night and the floors in the bathroom were slippery. The tap was detached from the counter and were a challenge to use. However, the bed was clean and comfortable. The lazy checking us in REEKED of weed

The motel room itself was nice but the bath/shower were disgusting looking! It was all stained, surface was peeling off, the sink faucet was loose, doubtful we will stay there again.

Room was adequate, but no blanket. Property interior was in poor condition. No lobby restroom. Proprty exterior suggested a better interior than we got.

Please do not stay at this hole in the wall dirty drug infested hotel. When I pulled up to it I knew from the outside appearance it was going to be a problem. First off when I walked in the staff was rude took 7 minutes to help me. The they had to call someone to help lift my luggage to the second floor because no elevator. They stairs were filthy, the room were dirty no blankets on the beds, hair in the bathroom sink and shower. The shower constantly leaked. People were outside in the hallway talking loud. People was hanging out in the parking lot to the point I felt very unsafe to put of my truck when I pulled up. Please don't stay here

This place seriously needs to be fixed up and the what breakfast. And needs a good cleaning. Really no elevator and no I don’t want to hear excuses of why things are not done.

It was very disappointing to learn that the only towels on the property were the ones currently in the rooms. We were from out of state for a wedding, my mom and daughter didn't want to use the same towels that me and my husbnad used. I was told all "we have is one bath mat" The lady that helped me at check in and check out (day shift) was really friendly but the lady that worked nights was really snippy. The room smelled like stale smoke and musty. TV didn't have really good reception or something, all of the channels were "fuzzy". Overall it was a place to lay our heads for 2 nights, but not a very good impression with me. I won't book here again.

Could not check in immediately because staff was gossiping at front desk. The jacuzzi tub was not clean, and we were questioned on why we wanted extra towels but was accused of giving our towels away. When i went to the front desk i was told the hotel didn't have any more clean towels. Walking back to my room I noticed a staff member delivering towels to some rooms, I asked about getting some and he said he'd check for me. When he came to my room he said all he had were stained towels if I wanted them.

The walls had holes in them, the blow dryer didn’t work & was hanging off wall, the room darkened curtains were riddled with holes sun coming thru & the sheets weren’t big enough to cover the bec

Terrible stay machines don’t work n when they do they take ur money rooms need to be remodeled instead of the other ones yhall buying fix baymont !!!!!!!

Property was disgusting our room had bed bugs in it we notified staff but nothing happened and we asked if they would refund our $$ for the inconvenience and nothing?

Shower kept dripping Tub had black spots Remote didn’t work and missing back of remote When I checked in Stephanie was excellent host I basically dropped of my things and left I noticed all the issues when I returned and it was past 11pm and figured I’m leaving in about 6 hours so what’s the use On a scale of 1-5 I’d give this room and stay a low 2 Guess I learned my lesson when Expedia gave this hotel a high rating Would not recommend

It smelled horrible. The towels were dirty. The TV didn’t work. The window was left open. I didn’t know cause the curtains were closed. Just not a very good place to stay. The pool was broken.

Had to go to three different rooms because the doors were opening without the key cards. The second room had dirty towels and trash still in it. Really not impressed even by a cheap hotel at last minute our doors should have locked

The room was run down! The shower curtain and faucet were broke or hardly working! The motel had no wash cloths to give us. Only one person working desk. Took me 35 minutes to check in

Don’t like dirty towels

The room looked dirty, the window was wide open without a screen when we entered the room. There was no smoke detector up in the room (layer found it in a drawer). The coffee pot was dirty but there wasn't any coffee to use for it anyway. There were no locks on the windows, the door look wasn't working. The microwave smelled of sour milk. The bathroom door was being held together by screws and packaging tape used to "cover" up the huge crack on it. The carpet had rips in various spots. The curtains were ripped. The fridge had an obvious leak and still had some laxatives in the freezer. The bathtub had hair and dirt in it with a lot of soap scum on the walls. There was a lit of obvious poorly patched "fixes" throughout the room. The lady who checked us out early was very kind and appologetic.

It was alright… didn’t mention a $50 deposit on the site until I went to check in. Won’t get my deposit back for 7 days after check out

Had to ask for a different room because of holes in the sheets, no secondary lock on door, no toilet paper holder and trim coming off in bathroom. Also very poor selection for breakfast - we went out instead.

This place was not good at all. I made reservations and we got to the hotel at check in 3pm. They had us wait in the lobby for a clean room till 4pm. The lobby was very dirty and the entire building smells strong of weed. We finally got our room and the sheets looked like someone had just slept in them..... also there was no remote or DND sign. We called and told the front desk and they said ya it is probably missing... So we got through the night and the next morning we came down for the free breakfast. They had only 3 things and signs all over that said you can not take your food to your room. So since all 4 of the tables in the dining room were taken we had to sit to the side and just wait for people to leave before we could eat. Last thing that got to me was when we went to leave i checked out and asked for a recite and the desk told me they could not give me one...... Fr i wouldn't go here. I am not the type of person to complain or even leave reviews but save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

We stayed seven nights and our room was not made up once. Had to go down and get towels every night and explain room was not cleaned to no avail. Took a garbage bag from one of the trash containers so we had someplace to put seven days of garbage.

The property was dirty, ashes on the window sill where people were smoking in a non smoking room, the place smelled like pot from the time you walked up to the front door at check in and all the way to our room on the second floor. It wasn't until we closed our room door we didn't smell it. The room was dirty, the tub was filthy. It would do for a single trucker needing a shower and a bed but I would never bring my family here. It is typical of most Baymont by Wyndom hotels I've stayed in. I will not stay in one unless no other hotels are available. The first one on my list to avoid and the last one I choose, but never without cringing over what I know the condition will be upon checkin. And this has been true across multiple states, which tells me it's a business culture and not an isolated franchise.
