I stayed in room 236 and it wreaked of cigarettes. Burn marks all on the counter tops where people have put there cigarettes down, even on the side of the bathtub. There where black spots all along the bottom of the bathtub to where i showered with flip flops on. On top of that, there where burn holes in the blankets. It really didnt surprise me seeing that it was in Flint but definitely needs to be updated.

Upon entering the room the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. The room wasn't very clean and the bed looked mostly unmade. Had to get a room across the street at another hotel.

I was only there for one night, but it was adequate for my needs. I did appreciate the good size refrigerator and freezer, as I am traveling for 5 weeks, and had quite a bit to keep cold. I would have liked a more comfortable chair to sit in, but overall it was good.

This property was terrible. Broken furniture and safety locks. Burns on chairs and headboard dirty carpet, linens and bathroom. Avoid this location.

The rooms are very dirty. We checked in at 3 and checked out the same day at 5. The walls in the bathroom had poop smeared on the wall. The walls were flity. The door has a gap underneath. The pool is not working. The management only reimbursed 1 day and charged us for the 2 hours for a whole day. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was nice it was quite and clean

The first room the AC did not function correctly. The second room the toilet didn't function correctly either.

Never enough towels, the floor is caving in some spots, no carousel tray for microwave, no coffee pot or iron, the worst part of it all is the toilet never functioned as it should, to many people hanging in the parking lot, no bedspread or blankets.

The property had cockroaches in the room and the door to outside was broken

They had a pool but it was not open... They don't have coffee makers in the rooms. It was peaceful.anc the staff was guinuely nice.

The unit needed thorough upgrade. Serious problem accessing the door. The Tv needs to be retired.

Place was rather dirty. Looks like nothing had been wiped down in a while. There was trash underneath the bed dust all over the back of the TV. The air conditioning unit didn't work properly and wouldn't switch over to heat and then as I went to leave this morning I found a Tito's bottle behind the toilet that wasn't found and thrown away from the previous person that was in the room, I took a washcloth and started cleaning the room and literally turned one of their washcloths black, wiping everything down and cleaning the walls and table tops, definitely needed a good carpet cleaning and vacuuming. And a little more thorough of cleaning, especially after having tenants living in the units, there was all sorts of stuff on those walls.

The tubs had burnt holes in them cuz people have been in there smoking when they're not supposed to be smoking in the rooms and the fire alarm kept beeping so I had to keep taking the battery out of it and then it's still beep sometimes the bed my sister sat down on it and it hit the floor cuz it's sitting on these little tiny bags I called the front desk about the bed and they said that they would let their boss know and then I never saw anybody I think giving them a three is a little over but they really did try to renovate this room that we were in cuz it had new paint and a new fire thing but the knobs on the air conditioning heater unit the turn button was off you couldn't tell what you were doing to adjust it so three maybe two on the star rating

It was quiet. I did not like the dirtiness, smell of the room, or how unsafe we felt.

I payed on the app for one night, and then they did not have me the room

It was decent for the price. The staff that runs the office is very helpful . . . .and they have security!!!

Bad the restroom for is brok and the chewer is nasty

They wouldn't let me check in thou their website let me reserve a room not being 21. They were also rude from when we walked in and wasn't even let us get a room just bc my husband didn't have an id.

This is the nastiest room I've ever stayed in. White substance spewed across the headboard, bathtub looked like it had never been cleaned, bedspread had burn holes all over it, indoor security lock was broken and TV did not work.I wish I could upload my photos and share how disgusting the room was.

I called the hotel to cancel two days before my scheduled trip due to a traffic accident and now they tell me too bad you must pay. What a joke

This property has fallen off terribly over the last few years. The cleaning of the rooms isn’t up to par. The floor boards in the room were weak. The furniture was stained and or broken.

The first room she gave me was a room that had a conjoining door and it was very dirty. Old furniture, it was it showed no consideration. The second room she gave me. I complained and the second room that she gave me had no ball lock at the top. And metal double lock button lock. So I had to purchase a security bar to make sure that no one can come in there. My key was deactivated every day which indicated that she gave out my key to other people for my room

Filthy room,towels,sheets,and not clean at all

This property needs to address housekeeping. Living condition are bad, rooms not cleaned properly and safety measures need to be inforced. As well as replacing door locks and water damage. This is health and safety issue.

Didnt like the fact that the property was filthy cigarette butts everywhere damage to the rooms property plumblimg was horrible room was dirty sheets blankets floors was sticky every junkie and prostitute goes there
