Staff was WONDERFUL! Everyone we dealt with was very kind and helpful. Kudos to all! The vent in our bathroom was filthy. We’re old, and old people often suffer from respiratory issues. God knows what we were breathing because you are not properly maintaining your ventilating system. The restaurant bathroom was a horror show, and the fact that I had just enjoyed your restaurant’s wonderful breakfast made it even more tragic. Please see the photos attached herewith. See the one with THREE empty rolls of toilet paper? How long had it been since this place has been cleaned?

Only Valet Parking available and there are no clear instructions for where we can park alternatively. But the rooms were spacious and they have good breakfast menu too

This is the most wonderful hotel in Flint!!!!

I’m really impressed by flints renaissance and this hotel is a perfect example. My wife and I grew up in the area and were visiting for a wedding. The hotel and rooms are very stylish and comfortable, accented by the feel of the rich history of the building. We walked to the farmers market nearby on Saturday and had a great time with an amazing lunch. The restoration of the brick streets throughout the city is truly impressive. I’m so glad we decided to stay here!!

Great stay, we.walked to our venue. Our room was clean, the room layout was a little strange. Valet parking for $20 should we included.

The uniqueness of the building itself and the position of where it was located. The design was very unique and it kept the features of the previous occupants.

We stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was! Our room was fantastic. The parking was a little goofy and quite expensive for valet ($20 tip) but the valet guys were super friendly and made the process as easy as it could be. Check-in was smooth and also friendly/helpful. Flint gets a bad rap generally but we felt plenty safe in the area. The restaurant food was decent. I hate to say the dinner service was pretty lacking though. Once our order was taken we didn’t see our server again until we had ti flag her down for our check. Unfortunate as we would have ordered another round and maybe desert. All in all we had a great experience and will stay again next time we are in Flint.. P.S. we live only 30 miles away but went to a concert at the Capitol which is a very short walk from the Hilton.

The hotel was within walking distance of the concert and a local brewery.

The staff was professional and friendly

This is now one of my favorite hotels. It was very clean. Food was delicious. Pricing was very good to staff very beautiful people the bed the bed that I slept in was very comfortable. That was the first time I was able to sleep in bed my own bed and hotels comfortably all night long, I have to give me one of those mattress. Keep up the good work PS Davis.

Friendly, efficient service and great rooms .

The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. You should valet park rather than try to park yourself though. This location is inconvenient because there’s no parking at the hotel. The streets are all one way streets and half of them are closed due to road construction.

Rooms were great, staff was awesome, beds are comfy loved the shower, quiet rooms. We pulled in after midnight and there was homeless activity in the parking lot and in the nearby streets but I'm guessing most cities would be the same that time of night

Very nice, cozy ànd comfortable hotel. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming to me. The hotel restaurant was amazing and the host Ellen was terrific! She made me the best toast and oatmeal that was absolutely delicious!

Hotel was clean and very nice. Beds were not that comfortable, however the staff made up for it. From the valet, to the front desk, and anyone else we encountered. All the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Could use more eating places

First thing there is no parking lot, if you want to park you have to pay a city garage 2 blocks away! The mattress very worn out a big slouch in the middle, pillows were so squishy , they had pocket doors going to the bathroom that was very hard to slide open and closed, there were no glasses in the bathroom to use when brushing your teeth, I don't recommend staying here at all !!!
