Nothing there were still receipts from the prior person in the room it was not clean

The staff was terrible at one point the front desk person wanted to kick my dog because she was afraid of dogs

The location was great with the convenience of store locations nearby. Great area out of the Flint area but very close to the city. Pet Friendly was a plus :)

The hotel needs major updates to the facility and rooms. The lobby looks great but the rest of the hotel needs to be on the same level as well.

Did not stay left and went somewhere else they couldn't even make keys to let you in the room. They were having housekeeping let u in every time didn't stay here more than 5 minutes. They also charge u to park at their hotel. Will be getting a refund or making fraud charges to get my money back. Booking.com is useless They don't take your phone calls they will be refunding my money or having fraud charges placed through my cc company and bbb.

Worst experience ever this place need to be closed

The staff is amazing and will do what they can to accommodate.

The hotel had ants in the rooms and had to move rooms. The hotel is understaffed the front desk rep do everything to include housekeeping.

The hotel needs updating, badly. The parking lot made us want to turn around. We were there during an electrical storm. Power went out in the middle of the night.The internet was out well before we went to bed. Not their fault, but it was still out when we returned for the night. The hotel staff I will admit did a great job under the pressure. We didn't stay out second night. They said the a refund would be issued. We haven't seen the refund. I can not recommend this hotel.

The way the young lady handled the power outage. She was exhausted but still pleasant.

The staff was very welcoming.

The building wasn't clean at all. The elevator had old food all over the floor, our bedding was covered in stains, we had a dirty towel that smelled of cheetos folded in with our clean towels. The lighting was horrible, the window was spray painted or something and you couldn't see out of half of it so the veiw wasn't the best. There was no fridge or microwave and they charged us a $10 fee per day for parking???

The pool ! The hot tub didn’t work

Very dirty and room was not clean at all ! There was like a syrup or ketchup on the bedding and it was there a long period of time it thick and running down the side of the bedding and bed frame ! The floor was filthy and had not been cleaned and I would not recommend it to anyone

Staff was nice very helpful . Rooms were comfortable and very clean

There's no microwaves or refrigerator in the room. And check in was at 3pm

The receptionist was rude and she had an attitude about opening the pool area and didn’t activate the hot tub put a caution sign up and wrote out of order

Room was not cleaned. Bed wasn't made, had queen sheet on a king mattress, was just lumped under blanket. One pillow had no pillow case. Bathroom had hair and gunk. Broken lightbulb. Curtains were cut up. No manager on duty on a Saturday evening. Extra fee for parking in their parking lot that had potholes filled with gravel. Understaffed! Management at this hotel should be fired.

We liked the location to our family that we were in town visiting.

Apparently, the property managers allow Booking.com to overbook their hotels. So once we arrived at midnight for our stay, we were told of the issue and that it happens every night, so beware. The clerk also went on to bash the ownership and operations for much longer than it did to tell me of the overbooking situation.

The beds were so comfortable

No inside bathmats so you don't slip in tub

Refrigerator for my insulin. Housekeeper did not bring me clean towels. No breakfast. No microwave.

The staff was very friendly

I was told at check in that I was gonna be charged 12 dollars for parking for one of my rooms I was overcharged 60$ when I called I was told that they Charged me 20$ per room per night we only stayed one night

You have to pay for parking and the parking lot is horrible

the patios are what made me reserve at this location!

it was filthy when I arrived.. the parking lot, the entry way rugs, and other guest had come back down to complain about their room not even being cleaned. just nasty. to the point where I canceled my reservation at the counter!

Bartender was wonderful, attentive, personalble and took great care of us and the ordher gues - Front desk people also helpful and kind - helped us get into a better room to accomadate my elderly monther

I booked a suite with a pull out sofa - when I unfolded the sofa bed the mattress was all tourn up with the stuffing comming out, and flatter than a pancake. I was shocked tha a Marriot brand would allow this to happen - then there was not bedding no sheets, blakets, extra pillow - nothing when to the deslk and they said no one was in housekeeping and they had no access to bedding so they move our room - could not get heat to stop running in this room
