The room was clean and the hotel was just like the pictures they had online. The free hot breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay.

It is remote and older building. Lots of things are still very dated such as bathrooms and general areas. Dining Room chairs are old and fabirc wasn't ripped but was thin from wear. On the 2nd night I heard water running in my bathroom to find the ceiling leaking over the toilet. When I called the front desk, he replied oh the # above took a shower. It was as if this was a common issue. They moved me rooms which was very inconvenient for me to have to pack everything to do. The replacement room air did not work, only the vent fan worked, which kept the room at about 78 degrees. I didn't ask for another new room because I had already unpacked again and it was after 11p. I did speak to the desk the next morning before checking out, they had the manager call me and they refunded me one night of my stay. From the observation of the other "guests" in and out during the times I was there, it was obvious that this location is used for individuals that are staying longer term for things such as labor type work.

The location and price were excellent. I look forward to staying here again next year.

Loved our time at Quality Inn. The fish aquarium was an added bonus (one of our kids is obsessed with fish right now, lol). The pool and hot tub were great to get wiggles out at the end of the day. Having access to a free crib was a huge plus for our little one. The continental breakfast was convenient for our busy schedule to allow us to start the day. Would gladly stay here again.

A little older but very nice

There was a problem with the TV the HDMI slot was not working properly you cannot connect streaming device to it and there was no staff on duty at the time and cannot watch the movies that I chose but overall the hotel was in good condition

Generally it was good property years ago, now is very much dated infrastructure wise. Water doesn’t drain from the tub - as a main.

Decent place to stay, 45 min drive to downtown Chicago.

The front desk lady was super friendly. She asked us where we wanted our room to be. We said quiet and on 2nd floor. The rooms were normal sized and breakfast was great. Had a wide variety of foods to choose from. There was a pool and whirlpool which we didnt have time to use. Beautiful fountain as you walk in. We will stay here again!

Overall very pleasant experience. Only downside was all the vending machines were cash-only which in todays environment is pretty lame.

The property was average

Brought my daughter back to Chicago for her 2nd yr of college and stayed here overnight. Hotel could use some updating but everything else was great. Free parking, pretty good breakfast, friendly staff, and 25min from my daughter's dorm in the south loop. I would definitely stay there again

It was adequate.

Check in and out was easy. Room is clean although dated. Sheets and towels were showing their age a little too. AC was cold. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Decent in room lighting. Room had a full length mirror which was great. Standard continental breakfast was good. Free parking was great. Central location to everything including shopping, food, Allstate arena and airport. No real complaints.

Clean rooms my room neighbors were not too loud and it was definitely a packed hotel. No problems with parking spots. Staff was excellent.

The front desk was super accommodating when I needed some help printing a parking permit, but couldn’t get the printer in the business lounge to work. This hotel was very clean and reasonably priced.

I had a problem with my room every time you had to use restroom had drops dropping on your back.I took pictures of the ceiling and on top of toliet seat as drops fell.I feel some kind of accommodation should be made.I talked to staff at hotel and showed them pictures they said because I had a 3rd party reservation I might need to speak to you.Please contact
