Room was fine, allthough we got the one all the way in the back next to the tennis courts and from there it was a long walk to the pool/beach.
What annoyed us was that we had to wait 20 minutes for a waitress to take our order at the Salsa Verde restaurant for lunch.
And that day the whole hotel were out of coconuts! Pretty crazy that you can't get a coconut at a fancy hotel in Bali.
Also find it insane that the cabanas at the beach have a minimum spend of 1,5 mil rupiah, even though no one was using them. I mean, you pay a premium to stay at a ”fancy” hotel and then you have to pay extra to use some of the amenities.
Would for sure chose a different hotel in Nusa Dua next time.

It was an amzing experience to stay this lovly hotel. I gave 4 star because of not enough sings to find your room. If you stay far from the recepation area it may be confusion to find your room. Beside this it was a perfect staying.

Rooms and common areas in their blocks are dated and poorly maintained. Room had mosquitos despite no window or door being opened. Room areas look more like run down apartment blocks then a 5 star grand hotel.

This is my second stay this year.
I chose Grand Hyatt Bali again because it was so good last time.
But this time I was very disappointed because the ceiling of the room was covered in mold.
Because of this, the room smells moldy and the bedsheets are cold and damp.
I've been sick day by day because I spent many days in a mouldy room.
All room should be checked for mold.
The room was terrible,but all the staff were kind and very nice.

I recently spent six wonderful days at the Grand Hyatt Bali, and it was truly awesome! The atmosphere was great, the hospitality was top-notch, and everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Bali

The staff were all very friendly and polite. Food was great although prices for some drinks were quite high. We were happy to spend most of our time at the hotel and would definately go back.

Overall I was highly impressed with the Grand Hyatt Bali- the staff was extremely nice, there were several options for food and activities. The only issue we had while staying there were ants in our bathroom and along the desk in our room. That freaked me out. The staff immediately came and sprayed and I appreciated how attentive they were but I found myself looking all around for ants the remainder of my stay.

Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua is one of the finest hotels in South East Asia. From its large rooms to the most beautiful gardens and giant swimming pools. It truly is a magnificent resort that no person could be unhappy with.

The room was not 5star quality, I would give it 3stars, bed was hard and uncomfortable, room had cobwebs and smell of air was musty and not fresh, had to sleep with door open luckily there was a screen

The Grand Hyatt is a beautiful resort with amazing workers who always made sure that everyone was having a good time. It is very clean with lots of fun facilities that cater for many different ages.

Service was excellent but there were so many children everywhere screaming, jumping in the pool etc. not a place for couples/friends without kids. Had a sea view room which was situated well but was a little tired.

Dont stay here. I wouldn't reccomend this hotel to anyone.
outside the hotel rooms is good. and easy to walk to shops.
but thats where it ends.
you can smell the old mouldy smelling rooms as you walk in. the pillows smelt like B O and the phone for some reason smelt worse.
you can here all foot steps and banging from rooms above. Overcharged at checkout by $1000 lucky i checked. took them 20 minutes to rectify there mistake.

Great for our family of 4. Easy to get around and lots of options for the kids on site. Staff very welcoming and accomodating. Inclusive breakfasthas a great range of choices, daily price of other food and drinks not especially cheap once added taxes but that is reflective of the area. Pool area is fantastic with large pool areas and shade to relax. We would definately book again.

Property was uncontactable for a week (claimed by Wotif) to amended our travel dates meaning we had to pay for extra nights we didn’t stay because Hyatt has a policy about being unable to amend third party bookings and didn’t care about written communication proving attempts to change dates to alleviate cancellation charges. Air con in room didn’t work. Bed was terrible. Staff are lovely but management apathetic to complaint and refused to refund overcharge despite attempts made to contact them leading up to arrival. Very disgusting manner.

We had an amazing time at Grand Hyatt Bali. The staff are always friendly and go over and beyond to help out. The hotel complex is so well maintained and beautiful. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. The variety of pools is great, the beach right in front of the resort. Restaurants offer great quality of food. Big shout out to the team at the Nampu Japanese Restaurant, you were the best and we enjoyed every breakfast with you.

Everything was wonderful to live up to its reputation as a Grand Hyatt. The staff were friendly and the facilities were also comfortable for families to use. We used a minivan from the airport to the resort with the help of the hotel staff. We paid the driver 450,000 IDR in cash, but he later mentioned differently that he said only 7,000 IDR were tipped later. I hope the hotel will pay a little more attention to prevent this happening. Aside from this unfortunate incident, our family had a great time at the resort.

Service is very good with plenty of sun beds on the beach and around the pools.
Never felt over crowded with space for all in beach area and pool areas.
Lobby area is stunning and kept very clean with views of the ocean and palm trees.

A great place to relax with everything you need in one location. Multiple great dining options. Shopping precinct just a walk away. Staff were caring and very attentive to all our needs. Highly recommended.
