The room was extremely cold. The receptionist came to address it, but it took a long time for the room to warm up, given that the heaters were located behind thick curtains. If I opened them, however, there was a significant lack of privacy due to the direct view into the room. I ended up falling asleep fully dressed, trying to stay warm. One light bulb was out, leaving the room quite dim. Also, the carpet on the floor isn’t exactly the most hygienic option. The gym is very small considering the size of the hotel; expectations were higher. On the bright side, there’s a great pool.

Lovely hotel, great location, amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Will definitely stay there on my return to Oslo.

Front desk staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best we have seen at a hotel! Overall great value and amazing views!

Amazing breakfast

The hotel is located in a nice area. The hotel room was spacious, but wasn’t really clean. Bathroom tops and floor weren’t too clean. Stains on the rug in the main room. Floors not hoovered properly. Don’t expect that from a property charging that much money. Staff not welcoming, had to wait 15min in front of a staff to check out and wasn’t made aware of the delay in check out.

The staff at check in and meals were wonderful. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping never supplied fresh rolls of toilet paper, we were on the last few sheets when we went to check out. Housekeeping also left obvious trash that we had set with the bins(empty pizza box). They left dirty dishes, but added more so there were like 10 glasses in the room when we left. The pool was nice and clean and my two kids loved it. Overall nice stay and worked great for our family trip.

The staff was very helpful and informative and were instrumental in retrieving a lost necklace.

Have stayed at this hotel for many years. The breakfast experience is wonderful with something for everyone. It is run like clockwork by a young man called Jason. The only very small criticism is the queue at the check-in desks.

Have a nice gym and swimming pool.

Booring rooms and this is the 3rd time staying here. It takes so long time to check in every time, very slow staff and check in process. No benefits even though it should be VIP Expedia Very good breakfast. Will not stay here again

It is a great hotel and great location. Not too central but next to Royal Palace. I had more room upgraded to top floor but I would strongly recommend not to be on 21st floor. It is next to their bars. I can hear base and music and people chatting by the list every nights. Unless you are a party goer, it won’t bother you but you would like to have an early night, you won’t be able to sleep at all.

Great location and superb facilities. Amazing views! Breakfast is fantastic and the summit bar has breathtaking views of the city and the fjord.

Bad exp, they could get things right. First night, shower drain was clogged. No tech available so offered a room change. Next day, asked to replace a blanket because it smelled sweaty. When we got back, not only the blanket was not replaced. The room was not cleaned at all. Housekeeping were available so the front desk staff brought over 2 towels and a new blanket. Then we asked to arrange to go breakfast since we have to leave early for the airport the next day. When I went to pick up, it was not there because it was never put into the system. They were nice and friendly but they just couldn’t get anything right.

1. Superb located 2. Room. I have had a rom in a top floor with magnificent view over the whole Oslo centre. It was closed to the bar and there is no noice However they had troubles with smells in the door materials. The carpets were smelly and if you are allergic against dust I would suppose you may react. The room was comfortable with 2 beds (even though I have ordered specifically one doble bed) The bathroom nice and better then in usual room (the rooms with bathrooms are tiny). There was lots of shelves to store my make up etc. A nice thing. 3. Gym. I have also tested the gym room. It is a small room with cable mashine, 2 treadmills, one ellipse mashine, Smith mashine and weights. There were a water dispenser and lots of fresh towels. Unfortunately I had no time for the spa department. 4. Breakfast is good but not close to Raddison Airport or Sommerro or Scandic's abundance of choices 5. Summit bar on the top floor. Magnificent views and nice drinks but do not expect much.

Very nice hotel 🙏

My room had no air conditioning and no way to open the window. The air in the room was hot and hard to breathe. It was a long night of sweating with little sleep. I was told that rooms on the north side of the building do not have air. AC is the main reason for staying at the Radisson for me.

We found the hotel to be clean and spacious. The hallways and elevators were a bit dated, but the room had been updated and was clean and bright. The breakfast area is a good size to handle the amount of guests and the staff did a good job of keeping everything stocked. It is very close to the royal palace very easy to walk to lots of dining, shopping and attractions. There is a garage attached to the hotel, but it is small so you may have to use one of the other parking garages that are within a 5 min walk, all of them are rather expensive. The airport shuttle bus is an option if it works with your schedule as the busses park right outside the hotel. The only downside that we found with the hotel is the pool is too small for the size of the hotel and got really crowded. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and thought it was a great location to sightsee much of Oslo.

Dirty ripped chair in room. Bathroom had dirty finger print on the toilet flush buttons, gross. Front desk only cares about signing people up for rewards. They changed the name on my second room to our son's name so they could sign up another person for rewards. When i asked for a higher floor they said it was an upgrade; fine, so they put us on the 5th floor. Later i found out from another desk attendant, up to the 10th floor did not require an upgrade, and the original guy didn't even bother to try to look. Bathroom was super tiny.

Amazing hotel located in an unbeatable area. Room was really comfortable for our family of 4. Personnel at the hotel was very friendly and the amenities were great. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in a very convenient location with the city of Oslo - 20 min walk from the central station or 5-8 mins walk from national theatre station. Close to visitor attractions. Check-in was slow and it felt like there was never quite enough staff on at reception for a busy international hotel. Room was comfortable , breakfast good and great views from the Skybar on floor 21.

Rooms are very hot. In the evening, both outside and hallways are much cooler than the room itself which is frustrating.
