Room was spacious, cleaned thoroughly daily, and the food was delicious. The staff, from front desk to waitresses to bartenders, were friendly and helpful.

Very clean, very comfortable beds. Excellent buffet breakfast!

The room was modern, spacious and clean. We loved the hard bed and pillows. One thing we didn't like was the occasional sewage smell that came from the toilet, it was quite strong at times so rather unpleasant.

Everything was good about the hotel. But there was a construction work was going on there and it is terrible to stay there from morning 7am. I am not happy at all and I am looking for some sort of compensation. I appreciate it if you could call me.

The room air conditioner has dripping problem

Lovely, spacious, clean room on 7th floor. Parking good. Area surrounding is more business not central. Noisy wake up from building work at 7.30am not that is the hotels fault.

Very positive experience. Comfortable and clean quadruple room. Good and plentiful breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located in the university campus area about 4 km from the centre. Trams and the metro are just under 10 minutes' walk away. Negative: There is no little fridge in the room

Excellent costumer service

Comfortable room and an excellent range of foods available for breakfast. Easy access to the Metro from the nearby Park and Ride.

Good place to stay

We had trouble with our AC unit which resulted in several disruptions during our stay. It seemed that the rooms were not well maintained, even though the staff was very pleasant.

Need a fridge in the bedrooms!

Huge rooms with a view of the city skyline, comfortable beds, a rain shower which does not leak (in most other hotels the floor is wet after a shower), public transport nearby, safe area, free parking in the street in the weekend, quiet at night, definitively recommendable!

Great hotel. Lovely, helpful staff, particularly on reception. Good sized room, very clean. Breakfast was nice but evening meal was even better.

I was surprised that it was no refrigator. I thought its belong to the standard or basics needs in the hotel rooms.

Property was fine, but no drawers in the room. Only 9 or 10 hangers but nowhere to store other things. Had to live out of a suitcase for 5 days. Location was away from the downtown area. Spent a small fortune on taxis just going out for food options. Property has a price fixe menu for breakfast and dinner.

Hotel looked nice and staff was friendly but we booked a room for 4 and when we arrived the sofa bed was closed and had dirty sheets inside from the previous guest. They also didn't provide towels for the 4 of us (only 2). It seems like they didn't bother at all looking at the booking for how many people it was and prepare the room for it. We had to request toilet paper because there was only one single roll already in use in the toilet! Next day housekeeping didn't took the trash away when cleaning the room what you would expect as a basic thing and it was a small bin so really annoying as was already full. They don't have many places to hang things, specially towels in the bathroom, we squeezed ours on the only place there was and housekeeping came and folded our used towels. I don't know if they meant to pretend to give us new towels but even if they didn't I didn't like they dealt with our used towels and folded it all together to put in a shelf.

Nice location
