Convenient location. No thrills but nice staff, good breakfast and entertaining ducks.

It was close to shopping areas.

The room was decent for a one night stay. It’s definitely an older hotel, but still nice. It did not smell the best. I felt like the room was very damp, not sure how to explain it. The people were all very friendly. The breakfast was like any other hotel breakfast. We did not get to use the pool.

Overall average hotel. A bit overpriced but you’re paying for convenience to Hershey Park. Rooms are ok but could use some attention, broken lamp shades and dirty hand marks on the walls. We were on the 7th floor and the awful smells of food filling the hall was not at all pleasant. I did mention this at checkout and was told it was likely from staff living up there. Front staff was very polite and efficient. Parking is close and easy and there is a complimentary breakfast, although we did not take part. A favorite was feeding the ducks each morning. Small bags of feed were available at the front desk and we did enjoy this.

The breakfast was excellent with good options.

Building needs updating, staff friendly, breakfast was eatable. When we were there the one elevator broke down so all these people were jamming into the one working elevator . Pool area needed to be cleaned around the perimeter.

An almost last minute planned trip to Hershey, nothing available in The Hershey Lodge or the Hershey Hotel, we got rooms at the Comfort Inn. The Comfort Inn is anything but comfortable. First off, we couldn't even get into our rooms, the 75 year old key card system they have didn't work most of the time, we had to fight the darn thing to unlock our doors. My sons' room next door stunk like wet moldy laundry. The bathroom light is on the outside of the bathrooms, the beds are like tables with a sheet thrown over. Good thing we brought our own pillows because what they provided as sleeping pillows was 18 inch square throw pillows with standard sized pillow cases over them. Twin sized blankets on queen size beds. No microwave in the room. The curtains didn't fully close so all night a bright light from outside was peaking into the room. The continental breakfast was typical- just don't drink the coffee - it tastes like reused grinds. The two elevators are tiny, and in the morning the cleaning crew hijacks them to bring their carts up and down so if your on the 5th or higher floor, hope your in good shape, because you're taking the stairs. And the kicker, We had to go to the front desk to have our already useless keys reactivated because they kept becoming "demagnetized".

The hotel shower was horrible !! When you showered or the neighbor showered an awful noise came through the walls. The water temperature for a shower was barely warm and the pressure was awful. The beds weren’t bad but the dampness is bad! Sheets, floor all felt wet from moisture. Only positive was good price and close to Hershey park

The property is just a few minutes from shopping and Hershey Park, as advertised. Our bathroom really needed a fix up, more towel bars would have been nice, and the shower curtain bar was wobbly on the walls. Overall it is an older place, but the staff was pleasant and the suite was clean. The breakfast was great!

Staff was awesome, and very helpful, Room was dated and bathroom was dirty (hair in the TUB and something on the wall). I would stay again if the rooms were cleaned properly.

The staff was great, and in comparison to other local hotels, the price was competitive. That said, the room looked very worn and the paint on the walls and doors was dirty. The room felt extremely damp and musty. Overall, it was not what I would expect, given the high nightly rate.

Overall good place to stay. It is close to Hershey Park / Gardens and many other attractions Hershey has to offer. The overall facility could use some work in certain areas; some paint here, a new toilet flusher there. However, it was clean and the staff was courteous.

Outdated! The furniture was old and peeling. The walls in the bathroom had cracks in them and water stains. The room was muggy and moist. Towels and clothing would not dry when hung up. The door was hard to open-took 2-3x to put key in the door and open it.

The property is very dated, but you can tell they cleaned everyday. We went to go to Hershey Park and it was perfect for that. It was only a short 5 minute drive. Ubers were fairly easy to come by so that was a plus. The breakfast was convenient and free so another plus. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Perfect for a quick stay at Hershey.

Asked for an xtra pillow got it right away

The hotel was very humid. Additionally it is very dated and guests got bitten by bugs during sleep. The pool was cold. I would not stay at this hotel again.
