Friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is well situated in Old Town with easy walking distance to pretty much everything in and around the city centre. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a luxurious feel throughout, including the room. Cannot comment on the other hotel facilities such as the restaurant, as we spent days out from morning to evening taking in all Prague has to offer. A great place to stay to enjoy visiting Prague, will stay again in the future.

The hotel was wonderful, but they need to train their check-in/out staff better! The gentlemen checking us in, demanded my passport, which was in my backpack, which was in the car, which was in the parking garage. I explained that we’ve been traveling all over Europe for three months and never had a hotel that required a passport as my American drivers license, always sufficed. He refused to check us in until I offered an electronic copy of my passport on my phone.
During our checkout, the young lady tried to charge me for our room again, which was already prepaid before we checked in. She kept arguing with me that it wasn’t and finally she called the reservation office and they confirmed that it was prepaid. She admitted her mistake and only charged me for the hotel city tax.
If I had not pushed the issue, she would’ve charged my card again and then I would’ve been required to request a refund for the overcharge.
The room was very comfortable, the air conditioner worked very well, and the breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection to include made to order omelettes and eggs.

Our flight was diverted and we ended up at the hotel later than anticipated (8hrs) only to be met by Haythem who couldn’t have been more understanding and friendly to us, thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable with your hospitality

This was the cleanest hotel in which I’ve ever stayed in the world. We are so fortunate to have found rooms. Travelling here with two teenage boys we all got great sleep. I would give this 6 stars out of five because of the location, cleanliness, comfort of the beds, shower pressure and breakfast. And there was no noise at night like in the middle of old town. Being a titanium elite at Marriott I’ve stayed at many hotels. Never like this. A true diamond in old town Prague!

my baggage was delayed for 3 days and i have no baggage while arriving the hotel.
I understand that it's the trend that hotels not to provide toothpaste and tooth brush anymore, but surprisingly, the room seems provide nothing, even just a box of tissue is not available inside the room?
Bathrobe, comb, tissue inside room is all missing.
Anyway hotel provided the above after I made the request but it is still surprise that these toiletries is all missing unless you requested for this in such a 5 or 6-stars hotel....
And all the USB charger in the room is out of order. Hotel sent someone to check but after checking and confirming the USB charger is out of order, no one come to fix it or change the room for me....

We stayed 30 October-2nd November. Hotel is in an excellent central location, perfect. However the bed was very hard and not comfy and the shower was temperamental. Overall, 7/10 stay, major pro is the location, but the room was far from perfect.

Nice Hilton Hotel with that traditional old Europe feel. Nice dry sauna, gym and pool. Very clean and air conditioned room.

Perfect location at the foot of Old Town. Surrounded by charm and interesting architecture. Concierge service excellent. The hotel service was excellent in all departments. Loved the oversized and lush bath towels. Food extremely good. Located close to night life and other attractions and historic sites. We can’t wait to go back and will stay there again.

Hotel is located at a very central place. Staff is great. Very helpful, friendly and accommodative. The rooms are nice and clean. Washroom looked very new. Only problem with the room was there was no view. But it didn’t matter to me as I was there only for 1 night.
Overall it was a very comfortable and please t stay.
Have to mention the lady at the information desk was awesome. She recommended me to visit a jazz club called the Reduta. That was one of the best jazz clubs I have been to. If you are a jazz lover and want to visit a jazz club in Prague, check this out!
