Hotel was okay. Rooms could do with an upgrade and the pool could do with more shade. Most annoying problem of the holiday was the kids near swim up bar, at all times it was so busy and not enjoyable for this it should be adults only near the swim up bar!

The resort is a bit threadbare, the rooms were spacious, but in need of repair. The property has all of the essentials. The food was copious, but mediocre in quality. The beach access was easy, staff were very accommodating. Internet was intermittent and slow.

This staff member ensures happiness is not a destination it’s a method of life. She really does make a huge difference in a positive way to the running of your hotel. Her smile, her attentiveness, her care is unfounded and real. She has a busy role in your organisation, but finds time to take care of all the guests needs. I worked in hotel and catering for over 10 years, and to find an employee like Alesia is very difficult.
My recommendation would be to keep her, look after her and allow her growth within your organisation as more senior posts become available. She will give you, the employer and your customers her all. Without a doubt she is made for management.
Once again thank you for making Ria and I feel very welcome in Sharm Dreams Resort.

Rellay bad food ,one pf the terrible food that i ate in hotel, ever y day is the same and not opportunity of choice at all.
Breakfast:eggs,foul,falgel,hotdog,potatos,some poorest cakes,ugly cheeze,vetgtbelas.
Dinner: pasta,beef, chicken,rice , potatos,fish.
Not taste at all .

The worst stay experience I have ever had, this hotel doesn't deserve one start . I had to cancel my stay after 2 nights due to 1- Unclean places2- Food caused health problems for all my family members.3- Service delays, I do a request then I get a response after 12 hours even for simplest things like getting a clean glasses in the room.4- Team is unprofessional and not even friendly.

Best place to stay ever in Sharm El-Sheikh!
I had to check out very early in the morning, but this guy at the reception (Sameh Ashraf) was super nice and willing to help me and my company. I'd like to revisit this place. Don't hesitate to choose this place and find Sameh at the front, he is the best!

The reservation staff is a disaster. I used "message hotel" function in Expedia. Well they did reply my message they replied fast. But they never replied(or read) again after my second message.....that made me call their reservation but it was another hell....
I called reservation office but ALWAYS NO ONE ANSWERS. do you know how many times I have called to actually reach a real person? 35 times!!!!!!! but that real human said he will transfer me to another person and finally it ended up as no one answering again.....endless circle....

It also said free wifi, but the wifi wasn’t free. As well, my air conditioning didn’t work and it was very very hot. Lastly, my room stunk of cigarettes but they wouldn’t let me change rooms.

From the moment I arrived to check in at the ungodly hour of 04:30 the treatment I received was excellent (thank you to all front of house staff during my stay in particular Kareem) Midway through my stay I suffered a diving accident and once again the hotel was fantastic in organizing doctors and extending my stay in the same room, as I was unable to fly home, even whilst waiting for confirmation that the room had been paid for. The room itself was excellent, the bed ultra comfortable, the fridge well stocked and promptly replenished ever morning with the added bonus of a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities there (and again regularly replenished ever morning. The room cleanliness was again excellent and cleaned promptly between 8:30 and 9:30 every morning (I forget the name of my cleaner but a nicer man you couldnt meet. To the management, my room was 4110, the guy needs to be acknowledged as a first class member of your staff) In regards the pools (I forget how many there were) they were always clean and the pool bar staff always helpful, friendly and polite. A special mention needs to made for the towel man Ataa (Ive probably misspelt his name) but he was like a man possessed all week long!! If you didnt change your towels every day hed find you and insist he did it for you!!!! If, as I did on more than one occasion, you left your towels out at the end of the day hed remove them, find out where you wished to reside the following morning and lay them out for you!!!

Check in took some time to prepare the room, although I reached at 8 pm. Room was average size and clean but the AC was noisy. Bathroom curtain was not clean! Breakfast was not that good. Service was poor as I need to call several times to got my room made up and get towels. Check out was fast.

The recieptionet was very bad. It took more than 45 minutes for checkin. Also we had two rooms in each side of the resort because we tow separate bokking. It was unconvienante to the whole familly.

firstly when i got to the hotel the taxi driver from hotel left a bag behind at the airport which had my passports, after an hour of finding them i ws giving a twin room when i booked a king room and non smoking, i have 2 kids so they asked if they can bring the 2 beds together, sure i refused as i booked a king with extra sofa bed then they moved me to king room that was suffocating coz it was a smoking room, again i refused coz my son have allergies, then was asked to wait at lobby after an hour or so finally they found me what i booked for, in total i waited about 3 hours just to get a room and not to forget the stress i went through of my missing passports, next day a manager called coz i did survey about hotel and what i went through, he said he heared about what happened to me and he wants to make it up to me to make my stay enjoyable , i stayed 5 nights with my kids and he never called me back. very bad experience on the first day i arrived which suppose to be fulll of excitement, beside that it was ok but i suggest the chef to change the menu on different days, 5 night there 5 nights of same food which made me go to anothet hotel restaurants to eat different kind of foods, staff was really friendly, in my room there were so many big ants and also in my friends room, sorry for this review but thats what happened.
