What a nightmare! Upon checking in there was only one associate for a high volume weekend. Cody Johnson in concert ahd Cowboys game. The line was so long. None of the rooms were ready at 5 pm!!!! 5 pm!!!! The worst part is that the hotel couldn’t care less. I was shocked. We booked a king room and were offered a double bed room but with no discount. The associate was firm with this. Overall the property was nice and convenient but the lack of service and the non customer focused approach would keep me from staying her again.

Check in was at 4. We tried to check in at 330. We did not get our room until 530. This made us very late for the event we were attending. The lobby was filled with people waiting on rooms. The room we asked for was unavailable. The room we received was apparently an upgraded room that the blinds would not close all the way so as soon as the sun came up we were up. The bathroom had a leaking pipe in it as well. The bed was hard as a rock.

They gave our room away even though it was prepaid. We got there at 12:30 am after our event and they had us drive to a different hotel 30 minutes away for a room.

Was picked up at airport and driver was the friendliest guy. The service as soon as we walked in was amazing, they were quick and over the top. Will definitely stay again.

One of the main reasons we selected your hotel is because your web said you had airport shuttle service. When we arrived I called for a ride your front desk, said it ended at 11. When we arrived I inquired about shuttle schedule to go to DFW the next morning. We were told it left here on the hour, and 30 past. I asked to get on the schedule for the next morning. We were told we did not need a reservation. We arrived in the lobby at 25 past the hour. We were then told the shuttle was running late, it would probably depart at 45 past the hour. When the shuttle arrived about 45 past the driver said he would leave for DFW on the hour. This delay caused us rush to get through security and to the gate. What actually happened you only departed the hotel on the hour, skipping the 30 past departure altogether. Very poor and misleading service. Unreliable shuttle service.

The hotel was fine. No complaints once we got there. Very clean and comfortable, but the TV would not allow casting. A few restaurants and convenience stores are in easy walking distance. Count on a minimum of a half-hour ride on the shuttle to and from the airport. We couldn’t find the phone to call for the shuttle when we arrived, but we did finally see it when we went back to the airport the next morning. Not the fault of the hotel that it is not immediately apparent, but I would have benefited from instructions for catching the shuttle.

Thoroughly enjoyed my room. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is very convenient to D/FW airport and a variety of food options.
I will say I was disappointed by the food and beverage prices in the restaurant and bar. I felt like they were excessive. Other than that I was quite pleased with the stay.

The AC did not work. We had to wait for them to send a technician and last time we stayed there the room door did not open. After waiting for the technician, we were moved to another room because he could no fixed like an hour after

Check in was good although they could not find the reservation at first. Dinner was good except that there was no one visible at the bar or restaurant at the early time they were supposed to open. There were no luggage racks in the room so we used an ironing board and a desk top. I found the mattress too hard so my back hurt in the morning. My husband found the bedding too hot or too cold Neither of us like the current bedding arrangement of sheets and heavy comforter. He was up and down all night changing the air temperature so hardly slept. As a result I didn’t sleep well either. Finally there was much condensation in the bath as there was no exhaust fan.
We stayed at a Marriott Fairfield Inn in McKinney the two previous nights where we had a great stay.
The facility is attractive and the dinner was delicious. However as there was no placement or tablecloth, my plate slipped all over as I tried to eat.
The lady bartender was nice. I had a delicious glass wine.

I was suppose to meet friends in Dallas and than fly to Vegas. Since it was 4 of us coming from different places. We had schedule different for everyone. Front Desk girl Mia was very cooperative and facilitated our requests very promptly. Kudos to Mia

Everything was exceptional except for the housekeeping. We stayed three days and the garbage was never emptied or TP and Kleenex replaced. We had to ask at front desk for the supplies. Restaurant and bar staff was superior service

Our stay was very quiet and convenient. Staff was very welcoming and location was only 20-30 minutes everywhere we wanted to go. Only downside was that there is no complimentary water so we had to pay $3 per bottle of water the first night we stayed there and there is.no microwave in the room, bit there is one in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again.
