The staff was very friendly and Davian was extremely helpful! We enjoyed our stay with our dog and would return in the future.

During 4 nights i got only one time room clean service even i asked to make up but ignored. So terrible experience

Good Location

The hotel was nice and quiet. Everyone was nice and helpful. The only thing I had an issue with was not being informed that I had to request housekeeping.

The property was right off the exit which was nice. $75 credit hold for incidentals was questionable as I had already paid for the room. Floor had not been vacuumed as there were crumbs all over the floor. Hair on the walls of the shower. Had requested late check out and put not ready yet sign on the door and housekeeping kept beating on the door even after I kept saying I had late check out. I thought the room was overpriced for the size.

Only issue was not having a TV remote and not getting one after asking the front desk for one. Otherwise the stay was fine.

The breakfast was disappointing. They ran out of sausage gravy one day and didn't make it on another day. I had to ask for coffee and cream, as both of those were out.

I’m not sure why I had to present my credit card for “incidentals.” I didn’t see anything that would have resulted in an additional charge. Also, couldn’t understand most of what the check-in person said.

The hotel itself was great. The staff on the other hand was very rude and did not Help us with a situation that wasn't told to us when we made reservation.

The room was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only issue was the slow draining bathroom sink. I did report it twice but it wasn’t resolved before the end of our 4 night stay. Inspite of this I’d still say we had a positive experience

It was a nice short stay

Long story short, I would not stay here again. The photos of the hotel look great. It mentioned being newly renovated which sounded great. Once i arrived i was immediately disappointed. The hotel looks like it was a really old one that they gave a face lift. It was on the corner of a really busy highway. There was no a/c in the lobby or any of the hallways. Because we stayed in the summer time it was almost just as miserable inside as it was outside. Once we got into the room it was fine. The parking lot was pretty small. Once I checked in they charged me a $75 deposit, but once i looked at the amount they charged me $208. I was shocked because I used hotels.com there shouldnt be any additional charges because the hotel was pre registered. The guy at the desk gave me some excuse about how the person from the previous shift messed up the reservation and they essentially double charged me. I had to call customer service to resolve the issue which was annoying. I wouldnt stay again for the reasons of the hotel being located on a noisy highway and the lack of a/c in the lobby and hallways of the room in addition to the double charging issue that i had to deal with. Find another place to stay.

Broken elevator. No notices except on the first floor. Had to walk down four flights of stairs to find there is NO coffee made anywhere. Staff didn’t have any “free” coffee either. Not a good way to start my day. Should be given a voucher or something. Had to walk back up four flights of stairs too. Very dissatisfied.

The Gentleman who checked me in was great. The lady i spoke with on the phone was very nice. Mid afternoon on Thursday I realized there was no soap in the room . I tried to use the room phone (it was broke) i called downstairs on my phone several times (it stayed busy) so i walked downstairs. the manager was on the phone... i waited and waited. when he got off...I told him my room had no soap. (no apology, no concern) went in the other room and threw it on the counter in front of me. The bathroom had several areas that had black mold. The bed was comfortable. good location. could be much much better

The staff at night was rude, uncooperative, & deceptive!!!

Absolutely wonderful stay other than the shower still being dirty and our main door would not shut. I would stay again, the customer serice and breakfast in the morning was phenomenal.

I liked the cleanliness of this property, in the room & common areas. Also, the sanitation stations were available. This being my 1st visit (although I've driven past here many times through the years), I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room & noticed how very clean it was. The staff were equally pleasant (housekeeping, dining room, night & day clerks). As well, it's quiet. All this for a not exorbitant price was ideal.

Slept like a baby

After driving for over five hours and arriving at the hotel a bit earlier than the official check-in time of 3 pm, we were denied check-in and made to wait until after 3 pm even though the hotel was empty and no cars were in the parking lot. The manager offered to check us in for an extra fee which was the tackiest thing I have ever encountered checking in a hotel. I have checked in many other hotels early, including many Holiday Inns so his assistance on the policy was nothing more than pure greed. Additionally, the breakfast bar was very limited for someone who avoids meats and even the scrambled eggs tasted like they were made on the same dirty grill along with the sausage because they had that unmistakable smell of the breakfast meats. Holiday Inn used to be my favorite place to stay when on the road but this experience changed all of that. This was the worst stay in my recent memory.
