Hotel was clean, friendly, and had amenities for everyone.
Indoor pool and tub were great fun.
Desk staff were fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They arranged shuttle to Broadway, found us an Irish pub and generally made our stay complete.

We stay here every year at the same time to do Black Friday shopping. We always eat in the restaurant and enjoy a non-traditional Thanksgiving Dinner of our choice. This year the only option was a Thanksgiving Buffet. We will be exploring different options for next year.

Our room was clean and nice. The facility was lovely and the restaurant on the 1st floor was great! I don’t like that they won’t accept cash but that doesn’t change the experience. Saida at the front desk was awesome! We were told a bus to the Grand Ole Opry was available but it wasn’t and she took it upon herself to get us there without any problems. Her help was truly appreciated! Thank you!

Room was comfortable for the short stay we had. Small issue with toilet being clogged. And it took a couple people to come and fix it. But other than that a fine stay.

Hotel shower was not clean black marks on bottom of tub hair on the walls. Sink clogged. Charged $333 for an rv.

The jacuzzi was low on water and when turned on the jets it was half out of water made the noise level loud and jet water cold. and jacuzzi wasn’t clean as we had hoped but overall room and service was nice

The Inn is clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, as is the coffee stand. The exterior rooms facing the street are a little loud, but nothing terrible.

Excellent Service!!! Our A/C wasn’t working at 10:30 pm, and by 11:00 pm, they had diagnosed the issue and literally replaced the entire unit. And the gentleman was so nice. I will continue to stay here!

There was supposed to be shuttle service to the Grand Ol Opry on show nights, but for some reason it didn’t run this night and was the main reason we stayed there. Hotel is clean and safe.
Average nothing bad, but nothing great either. About half the price of the main Opry hotel and we were only staying one night so it served its purpose.

This place is ok, but too expensive for what is offered. No complimentary breakfast, an indoor pool thay makes the entire building smell like chlorine, a sad restaurant, and almost $400/night for a room with hard beds and a clogged toilet upon arrival.

Restaurant was not open for breakfast and the only option was a cafe near the pool that only had one option of warm breakfast food. My room was on the outside of the building so it was noisy, exposed and inconvenient to get to from inside the building. Overall, a very expensive hotel for the services offered.

Our stay was enjoyable. However, we had an emergency and had to get home and asked for to check out with a refund a day early and our request was denied. Disappointed they wouldn’t refund us one night due to an emergency.

Great stay. We stayed for 2 nights. Traveled for a few days and came back for another night before we flew out. We highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, beds are comfortable and relaxing.

We needed to upgrade our room, The staff was so easy to work with and helped with all of our needs. The hotel is so clean and all of the staff is so pleasant and courteous. We will stay again for sure.
