Old people having to take elevator with tons of luggage then carry 50 yards to room on second level. Not happy about that.

Check in was quick and staff was friendly. The curtains were torn and the TP holder was broken. I later found the pieces on the bathroom countertop. Told staff of my concerns and he went to write them in the log book.

Slept like a baby!

When we arrived in the room the tv was on, which we found very odd! The first impression of the room was like a seen out of a crime scene in a movie, there were cobwebs in the corners and hair all over the bathroom floor the tv remote o my turned the tv on and off!!

Not worth the price. But the location was perfect for what I needed.

We were told ahead of time more than once the pool was open,upon registration,we were informed it was closed and had been for sometime. We got into our room and our tv didnt work,granted they did come and fix the problem an then got locked out of our room because our keys stopped working! Other than that no problems.

My only issue was the pool being out of order and not knowing ahead of time. Also having kids who were looking forward to the pool time. It was going to be the main part of our short family vacation.

The plus side the staff was amazing so kind and helpful. The negative the toilet didn’t flush well, the shower was the worst part of of the whole room. It worked wonderfully as long as no one else in the hotel used the shower. If someone else used the shower the water pressure would drop to a light dribble and the water would become extremely cold. The toilet paper holder was completely off the wall and laying on the sink. The roll of toilet paper was almost out with no back ups. The phone didn’t work so if we needed anything from the front desk we had to walk up and ask. When we told the staff about the toilet paper holder they did send maintenance early in the am which was super nice but we did send him away. Also a big part of why I booked the hotel was for the outside pool and unfortunately that was also out of order. The hairdryer they had for us was broken as well. The back part of the hairdresser was cracked really bad and when we used it, it would turn bright orange like it was over heating.

First off picture is not correct. The hotel looks rundown, and the customer service is BAD. One of the front desk employees had a very nasty attitude with every customer. She got into an argument with one of the customers about an ironing board. She didn't want to find the customer one. When I got into the room the shower was dirty and the bed sheet had dust on them. Glad I keep sheets with me. I asked that housekeeping come by in the morning. Housekeeping did not come clean room. I cleaned my room so I could get ready for my son College graduation. I stayed 2night and rented 3 rooms. I always use Wyndham and this one was Bad.

The room was fine, roomy and comfortable bed. The shower and bathroom were wheel chair accessible. Except for the highway noise it was fine, The exterior needs some TLC and evidently Days Inn and Super 8 share the facilities. Except for a Dairy Queen all restaurants are a drive away across the freeway.

Great Hotel

Overall would not recommend staffing was rude canceled my reservation with no cause facility was dirty and was unsanitary.

Very noisy, lots of light came in though the curtains, needs updated

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but other than it was terrible. The room smelled old, mildewy and the air conditioner sounded like there was a construction crew in the room. The cable was a mess so you couldn't watch TV. I checked in a little after 11pm, but I didn't get any sleep because of the noise from the traffic on I-75. I'll be going back because my son goes to school there, but I definitely will not stay there again!!!!!

Very dirty and rough shape.

Great location but the property needs lots of work. Cleaning was poor, curtains were are ripped and linings were stained.

The only thing i didn't like was the tv only got one channel.

This property is both Super 8 and Days Inn combined which seemed weird. The room was clean but had some peeling paint on walls. The grounds were clean but need updating. It was fine for a one night stay on our trip home from Florida. It was on the west side of I75 a little away from all the other hotels & restaurants. We ate at Dairy Queen adjacent to property.

It was a room. A little run down but acceptably clean and comfortable. Staff were nice enough

Unfortunately, the poor lady at the front desk was left by herself to check-in all guests for two hotels. So, check-in took nearly 30 minutes. Once checked in, we went to our room and the key didn’t work. So, we had to go back up and stand in another 20 minute line to get re-keyed. Once again, the key didn’t work. Finally, after an hour, the maintenance man met as outside our room, and had to replace the battery in the electronic lock. So, check-in took an hour and fifteen minutes. Also, the hotel was packed, and had people screaming, yelling, slamming doors, and running up and down the breezeway. Overall, the stay was pretty horrible. But, at least we were only there for about 8 hours. I would never recommend this hotel unless they do a complete overhaul with management.

The hotel was dirty smelt like cigarettes.the lobby was even dirty. The breakfast was yogurt and cereal very miss leading

Needed a stay for the night. Would have preferred a more complete breakfast, but everything was what we needed. A comfortable bed and hot shower.

Great Hotel, Great Staff, Great Location at a GREAT PRICE!!!

Hotel was nice looking on the exterior (grounds, pool and building). Room was fairly clean, but needed a little extra cleaning attention (dirty finger prints on doorway to bathroom and on the shower curtain). My largest complaint is the room was a nonsmoking room / building, but the room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and bedding had cigarette burns.

There was a loud party going on in the room next to us. Finally at 3am I tried to call the front desk only to find out our room phone did not work. I then tried to call the front desk from my cell. The call rang and rang, no one answered. I tried again, still no answer. The party lasted until 5am. At 6 am their dog started barking. Ugh!!! The free breakfast was a joke.

When seeking a budget hotel one should not expect A+ accommodations. This hotel failed in so many ways. Our drapes were covered in mold, all the metal items were rusty, microwave controls were filthy, the bedding had cigarette burns all over them, paint was peeling on our bathroom doors. Positives: frig worked and Kem at front desk was kind despite being overwhelmed by the onslaught of individuals checking in.

Rooms are dirty

At time of booking, they had pictures of their breakfast area had two waffle makers, along with cereal, juice, baked goods, but we (especially the kids) were disappointed to see that the waffle makers were gone. The front desk said, "Oops! They were gone a while ago." Not fair for us...we specifically were looking for a place that offered one. The beds were not as comfortable compared to other places, and the pillows were too soft (no support).

Worst experience ever at a hotel by far. Don't stay here. They won't even give you a rim key if you don't have any doubt license

Nice and clean room with comfortable bed.
