Absolute fantastic location, restaurants and shops around the corner. Breakfast outstanding with very friendly staff. Never found a torn bed sheet in my hotel bed before, but it was clean and did not bother me.

Room was spacious and comfortable, staff were helpful and the location was perfect for walking around the midtown area.

The hotel is very convenient to the city center. Overall a pleasant stay. Room and bed comfortable. We would stay here again if in the area.

We visited Trondheim on vacation and the check-in was smooth. The room on the sixth floor was great until our TV didn't work. They sent three people to resolve it, but couldn't so they moved us to a room on the 4th floor which was much smaller and inferior in value. After a stern conversation, we were moved to a better room on the same floor with a balcony facing the city. The value was comparable to our initial on the sixth floor. During this process, the staff was accommodating and professional. We received a surprise fruit basket and some beverages for the inconvenience. Our stay was excellent beyond this point, including the impressive breakfast selections and dining options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay there again whenever we're in Trondheim.

Nice hotel, centrally located in Trondheim. Walking distance to the center of town, restaurants, shops etc. Nice, professional staff. Nice , clean room with comfortable bed.

Trangt og overmøblert rom enda vi hadde oppgradert rommet til superior. Ukomfortabel seng Var noen enorme rør utenfor vinduet som bråkte noe voldsomt. Ble veldig lite søvn.

I loved that it was snowing,although it was slipery to walk any where.when i got off the airport bus,it was snowing.i had no idea which direction to go,and it was dark.i ask this young guy that came out of a restaurant,and luckily he helped me find the hotel.my room was great.2 of my night stay,the water in the shower was barely warm. The breakfast was very nice.the only thing i didn't like,the mushrooms were so salty. Nice hotel,,and a cute town.

This is a good hotel in a convenient area for tourists in Trondheim. Easy place from which to walk to several points of interest, and the public transportation system is accessible outside the hotels front door to get wherever you need to go. I needed to do some work (unfortunately as it was my vacation), and the internet did not work in the first hotel room I was in. I politely inquired at the front desk hoping the internet could be fixed, but instead I was put in an upgraded room, where I was also unable to use the internet with my laptop. The upgraded room was great, but one of the living area ceiling lights was not functional. Given the sun in July, I just opened the drapes and had all of the light I needed. The front desk help was very polite and helpful, but I decided not to try to get a third room to attempt better internet access. (Note: I had seamless wifi everywhere else I stayed in Norway).Check out the breakfast buffet!

I was in Trondheim to attend a conference at the Spectrum. I chose this hotel because it was within easy walking distance, but it turned out really nice and right in the middle of town. There was an excellent restaurant right in the hotel, and a good Italian restaurant right next door. Also the included breakfasts were super.

Old but nice hotel with a very central location and friendly staff. Clean and well organized. OK breakfast and a great restaurant just around the corner.

The hotel was centrally located, but unlike many other THON hotels, this one did have carpeted floors, which seems to be more commonplace in other hotels in Trondheim (vs. other places in Norway, where I have been). The room was large and comfortable, but since it was so centrally located, outside noise was ongoing until past midnight. Not anything the hotel can do about this, though. Service was very good and breakfast offered a nice selection in a nice bright lounge. All things considered, I would recommend this option when in Trondheim, especially if you want to walk around a bit and have more eating options than whats offered onsite this hotel.
