No mobile reception here, hotel is tidy tniugh. Pizza place and tsvern across the road are good

This place is looking very tired. It is over priced for what it is. Carpets are worn and stained. The general condition of the place is very average. The car park is unsealed and in wet weather very large deep puddles form.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The credit card surcharge of 3%-4% is excessive.

Nice property out of the town center, but convenient bus route only 10 min into town if you dont have a car. attentive young staff.

Great customer service. Staff were ready to help without asking.
Our room was great with a very soft bed and pillows. Had some snow around the motel, iced car windows and iced puddles that cracked if you walked over them and that really made our stay amazing.
The motel is central to alot of tourist attractions with Queenstown 6mins, ski field's 2mins, surrounded by breweries, hot pools across the road, pizza and many more .. let alone this place has its own ten pin bowling alley, restaurant and bar.
Offers a discount on meals and drinks which was a bonus. We took advantage of this and had breakfast and dinner every day of our stay.
Rooms cleaned daily along with smiley cleaners who greeted us every day.
We will be back and definitely sharing our experience with others ❤️ 😊

We had smoke come through the next bathroom. The whole bathroom and room stunk of cigarettes. The gentlemen that had helped us was lovely, he was prompt to get a spray for the room. All we got when checking out, was an apology for the inconvenience and was told that the management will be informed. The day of checking out, the key cards wouldnt open the room even though it hadnt reached 10am yet.

The cleaning house keeping was extremely slow. We came back around 6pm and the room wasn’t clean yet.

It was really good, worth for the what we paid. Specially dinner was really delicious and plenty.

Convenience and very helpful staff. No problem for chair table. Extra duvet done immediately .
Bad food at bowling alley. Chips burnt pizza edges all curled and over done. Such a shame it could have been so much better. Nobody was bowling the place was empty at 6pm????

The stay was average, the restaurant was getting refurbished maybe? But had to dine in the bowling alley, pizzas were very average for $30… breakfast buffet had good enough choice but everything was cold and dried out had been sitting awhile, no milk or oj and couldn’t find anyone to help us top it up. hotel was outdated but decent sized rooms. Whilst it was ok we wouldn’t stay again.

Rooms aren't bad at all. It is basic (plain), but has everything you need, including own bathroom, which is a huge plus for me. Central heating in fhe room was a perfect temperature. There's a few restaurants that is walking distance and it is also walking distance from Onsen pool & spa resort and close to busstops.

The location is amazing, the staff are amazing, its a great family place to stay with discounted bowling in the strike bowling, also the breakfast buffet was incredible.
The building and hotel is dated and hopefully one day they will up date this, but value for money and location 10/10

A more remote location(15 minutes from the city by bus), nice accommodations. There's no elevator and there's 2 levels with long hallways. There's a bowling alley attached to the building. Staff is helpful. Stef was very pleasant.

Away from city centre yet convenient

It was ok, pretty over priced for how dated it is, however the fact that its dog friendly and it was also very clean makes up for that. Also the bowling alley was fun.
Outside there is no lighting in the carpark and it was very icy so quite dangerous, abd cars go past very very fast which adds another element of danger, i didnt feel very safe outside in the dark for those reasons. Needs lighting and a proper paced or sealed carpark.

This hotel is great for families or couples wanting to visit Queenstown or the nearby ski fields. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of variety. Since they appeared to be renovating another restaurant, we only had the option of eating at the Pub / Bowling facility in the evening but the food was tasty. There are a few other nearby eating establishments within walking distance. There is reliable public transportation (bus) which we took into Queenstown. Our room was clean and warm - visited at end of May for 2 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful especially a young man named Stefan. We would recommend this hotel to others for the reasons stated above.

Good place

Its very lucky this property is located where it is because i doubt it would last long otherwise. Its obvious no money has been spent even maintaining let alone improving this place. It has the distinct look and feel of a bad, dated public hospital, complete with carpet which is coming away from the floor, and badly scratched faux wood panelling. The driveway/parking is a rough gravel pothole nightmare which becomes fun after rainfall! Bring your 4wd!!! The staff are glorified cashiers, nothing more. I obviously disturbed the personal phonecall the guy was enjoying when i arrived. Not even a "welcome" from him, or similar upon departure. If you are booking here because the brand name evokes images of Swiss class and sophistication, dont bother.

Overall a nice stay shame there was construction going on around the same location but that's not the fault of the hotel or its wonderful staff.

Rooms were very good for the price, dinner great value for money. Carpets in the hallways tired, but other than that would stay there again. Also bus stops right outside if you require it.
