Very friendly upon arriving, allowed us an early check in to get to a wedding on time! Super warm and comfortable sleep

The rooms look like they've been refreshed recently, with regards to flooring, the kitchen cabinetry, paint on the walls, etc. There were four chairs at the dining table, so one of us had to sit on the couch. The kitchen has a hob to cook on, but no extractor above it. There are strongly worded warnings about not cooking odorous foods and leaving a smell. Presumably previous visitors left a mess/smell. The carpet appeared clean, but had an undertone of uncleanliness to it, like it needed a proper deep clean. The beds were fine, but the pull-out couch bed, while comfortable enough, had some stray wires and springs poking out. The kids enjoyed the tennis court, soccer net, and basketball hoops. There are a handful of strongly worded warnings in the guide book and on the walls, and while I appreciate they are to protect the business from unruly visitors, as conscientious guests we felt a bit put out. It is very close to a shopping centre and other interesting sites.

Clean and tidy room great for our family of 5. Great activities available to keep the kids busy. Convenient to shops and eateries.

I like the way that the pool and spa pool are still open, that after the long day you’re still be able to relax and have fun with the kids. The property was nice and clean and Aroha was so friendly and approachable. That was a great stay. Thanks.

Get place for us in Bethlehem since our holiday activities were there and there was also shopping and dining close by. Easy assess to room with car for loading.

Was welcomed by a lovely lady behind the counter, she was very helpful when we needed anything. The place was nice and quiet and also warm. My family enjoyed our stay. We will be back . Thank you very much

Unit was large, big bathroom. Some area's needed to be cleaned a bit more. The remote was oily and salty from previous stayer. Regardless would stay again

it was safe, quiet and convenient. Parking for at least one car was available. I was travelling alone so my car was off the road.

We found the place clean and tidy. Front doors could do with a fresh coat of paint to make it more inviting. Bins been emptied behind rooms 9 and 10 before 8.00am wasn’t too inviting. Just a bit too early. Was very loud.

I didnt find it to be extraudinary. Was an average motor in. I stayed at motel in te aroha the previous night for 150 and even though it was older the customer service was exceptional and even though the place was older, they had done little things to make it look and feel superb.

Everything was in the unit we required, it was quiet, close to shops and close to the venue we were visiting. Overall excellent facility

Good sized room.

Handy to restaurants and shops. Only problem was the fridge was not properly installed in the cabinet and kept topping forward every time you opened the door.

Unfortunately this property although very clean is aging. It needs a face lift. Paint coming off fridge door , vinyl skirtings coming unstuck. A very clean motel but well over priced

Had a lovely stay. Nice blockout blinds, good shower pressure. Tennis court was awesome. Pool lovely, shame the spa was out of order. Beautiful rooms
