Location of this hotel is excellent, less than a mile from train station, right in the main square, beautiful views from the balcony, lots of great places to eat and drink on the doorstep, city bikes to rent outside the front, nice breakfast. The room was really nice and clean, staff were all very friendly. No complaints at all.

Flott hotell og midt i smørøyet i Valencia. Man har alt man kan tenke seg utenfor døren-severdigheter, shopping og restauranter. Vi ankom med bil, å fikk parkere i ett parkeringshus ca 400m å gå til hotellet. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit igjen.

Hotel was nice and in a central location. AC in the rooms is great and very cold!!! There are also ceiling fans in the room. There is a nice rooftop lounge/restaurant across the street but you need advance reservations to sit down. If in Valencia again I would return to this hotel.

Location, location,location, This hotel is in the Middle of everything. The staff is very friendly, the amenities in the the room are more Thant expected.the breakfast is really good. The area has many restaurants and cafes.

Front desk was of 0 help when we had done local car trouble.

We enjoyed our stay however we had multiple key card issues trying to get into our room 702. On multiple occasions the front desk had to use a device to help us get into our room because the key cards were not working. The staff was helpful but this was extremely inconvenient having a broken door during our hotel stay and was very frustrating having to deal with it.

Loved my room with the balcony! Was a beautiful view but also had a double door to shut out the noise at night. Staff were very helpful, and you can rent towels & umbrellas for the beach, and use lockers for luggage before or after check out. Hotel is close to the train stations and bus stops which was very convenient as well, and an easy walk to many spots to visit

It was an average stay. As a 2 stars hotel, it offered us 3 star service. The bed was made with only a cover sheet, since the AC is facing right at the bed so I asked for a blanket at reception. The reception told me “We don’t give blanket in summer if you feel cold turn down the AC.” Well I never thought asking for a thin blanket is an unreasonable request as they have blankets in all other hotels in Spain during our trip. Hence, one star for convenient location, one star for the great smell lotions and shampoos and one star for the cleaning lady - I think she saw that I was using bath towel as blanket so she put one on shelf when she cleaned.

All good, fab central location on pedestrian square with great view from our room which whilst not huge was as you'd expect. Bag storage available for day of departure. Only issue was that one of the two cramped lifts was not working so some delays for access. Apology sign looked like it had been up for a while.

Liked the location and the staff very friendly but the room had no view and the room had a broken bathroom door that wouldn't close and the safe lost it's code and we needed assistance to retrieve our belongings and then it was unusable.

So glad I read the reviews and stayed here, definitely an experience of a much ‘fancier’ hotel. Amazing safe, central location that’s surprisingly quiet at night. You can walk (almost) everywhere from here and there’s a taxi stand a minute away if you want to venture further. I cannot recommend Hotel Venecia enough!

I stayed with my husband and children. Great balcony room viewing fire works and animation. Everything is right there. Food, restaurant, transportation and pharmacy. Perfect location to visit Valencia. Breakfast was great and it is very clean. Had a great stay and would absolutely recommend. I would love to go back again. Thanks everyone for making our stay memorable and great.

This hotel has a great location, room is clean and not big but it is good size in Europe, we were in Spain for 2 weeks and stayed in 3-4 cities in Spain, this was the most expensive, I think it is overpriced compared with others hotels that we stayed in Spain

This property is in a perfect location close to everything. The room was clean

I booked this hotel for four nights because I had bought tickets for my girlfriend and I for the BigSound festival. The hotel is very well decorated and looks lovely, the room was small but had a balcony overlooking a narrow street and had a partial view of the plaza. I had contacted the property beforehand to tell them of my plans to propose to my girlfriend and had ordered flowers which they very accommodatingly received and left in the room for us. No upgrades not even a bottle of fizz or anything was left although I told them about my plans. The door broke around 3 or 4 times during our stay and we had to have maintenance come and fix it and as we had plans, had to leave our room open whilst this was being seen to. We had hired towels to take to the beach and upon returning them, the girl at reception appeared disgusted to have to receive two slightly moist towels (obviously as we’d just gotten back from the beach)… The breakfast was lovely, very varied and a very nice relaxing atmosphere in the little dining room, and the location of the hotel is fantastic. All in all a lovely stay with a few little niggles.

Super clean and central to restaurants, sights to explore, ease of finding public transportation and very safe to walk around at night.

Highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location, clean, comfortable.
