Overall experience was great, my only complain is the lack of information from some staff members, they fail to tell how the wi-fi worked, how we didn't had to pay if we sign up to the marriot vonboy club, or how we can have a refund because the page charged us even when we didn't agree to pay for said wi-fi, the response from the staff was just: it charges you when you put your info, you need to wait at the end of your stay to check for a refund.
Next day I tried with another staff and it was a whole different world: she informed us of the club sign in, processed our refund and so on.
Other staff also didn't know (or didn't tell us) how the transport worked in the area, just advised us to download the transport app, but a little insights of what kind of transport is in the area would've been great.
So to summarize: hotel was great, nice room, nice location, staff needs to have some more training sessions on how the hotel and the city works

Omg, where do I start? Renaissance gives you the feeling of luxury once you walk in the door. The art throughout the hotel was beautiful. The rooms are clean, shower has hot water. There were handheld fans and cold cucumber/lemon water in the lobby for the hot weekend. The hotel was walking distance to everything. I will be staying again.

Check in and valet were quick and efficient.
Staff was nice. Provided toiletries were Aveda brand, which was a great upgrade compared to the standard products you normally find in hotel bathrooms. Location was excellent, lots to do within walking distance.

The lobby is beautiful and the location of the hotel is perfect for walking to many attractions. Housekeeping was lacking and didn’t respond to the lighted sign to make up the room except for one day during our 4 night stay.

Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 am and asked when we were checking out. I asked when checkout was, thinking maybe we misunderstood. She said “10 or 11”. I was very confused why she was knocking on the door at 9 then.

Good location. However, resturant was being renovated and at 8:30 am a lot of loud drilling started. Did not like being charge $11.00/day for wifi--rip off.

My only complaint was they charged me $14 for internet. Nobody ever used or connected to it.

There was construction going on and at different times during the seminar you could hear machines, it was a bit disturbing. Otherwise staff was friendly. Maid service was a bit late in the day but otherwise was fine.

Very happy we stayed here! Staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Hotel was well maintained and location was great! Would choose to stay here on our next trip back to New Orleans.

This was my first time at this location and it did not disappoint. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness, comfort, location and staff were all amazing!

We went for mardigras and the parade took place right in front of the hotel which was pretty cool. We only spent 24hrs at this hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful, however, the hotel itself is a little outdated, especially our room. the A/C was not working so I had to call for someone to fix it, they sent someone up right away and got it working. the location of the hotel is walking distance to canal but it's also tucked away so that you're not bothered with the loud noise and traffic.

The stay was okay because we were on the go. The biggest issues were that we reserved a king and were put in a handicapped, the shower did not work, and we could not get the water to adjust to a cooler temperature. The beds were small which LJ meant we slept apart which did not really promote a romantic night.

This is the best hotel with a rooftop pool and a hot tub with a beautiful view of the New Orleans skyline. Safe warehouse district neighborhood with fun nightlife and dinning on every corner
