We did not eat breakfast; however the location was great

We came in from St. Louis and did not the hotel lobby was under construction. The bedrooms could’ve been a little more cleaner, & also carpet had odor. Curtains were very dusty & white stains on wall & sofa, Dirt spots on closet doors.

Location was great

Staff were ok, as we had issues over the payment process at the front desk, staff were not clear as to what we had to do. This was confusing especially when young and new to travelling.

Lobby clean and smelled great, room was clean, the decor in the lobby, dining area, and room was nice, the sofa bed was nice, and so were the bath tiles.

The pool was a bit dirty, and we took a significant amount of time to skim it, and clean it out one night. The courtyard was in major disrepair, with garbage bags lying about, and not at all as pictured on the booking page. The parking situation was pricey and unacceptable; guests should not have to pay additional for parking, which was nearly a third of the cost of the room per night, not counting gratuity for the valet each time we needed to leave, and every time we returned, and it also was frustrating since we chose this location over the canal street location due to the pool and courtyard, and had we known parking was going to cost us, we might have chosen the canal street location for its proximity to the places we planned to visit. There was also construction being done in the early morning on the courtyard repair, or remodel, about which we were not informed, or made aware of in advance; this was extremely disruptive to our sleep, and our children’s sleep, and disappointing because sleeping in was made difficult. The idea of strolling or hanging out in the courtyard was appealing when we booked the room, so it was a let down that there was no real opportunity to enjoy that. The mini fridge in the room is not adequate for storing any food, and it renders the microwave useless, since it can’t safely store food at an appropriate temp, and does not have room for food either since it is a true beverage refrigerator. The online manual even states that food should not be stored in it. Additionally, it was difficult to adjust the temp on the fridge to keep beverages cold. The living room TV was also set to be too dim, and adjusting the brightness seemed to be a mystery, and the lack of channels, along with the slow internet speed in the hotel didn’t allow for us, or our children, to enjoy the entertainment in the room as we should likely have been able to do without having to enter our own personal Netflix or Amazon account on the televisions.

From the beginning to the end every thing was wonderful. The staff was so nice and friendly, the facility was very clean and smelled good also. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of things to choose from. The rooms were very spacious. I will definitely be returning

Ótima localização, a 2 quadras do Ernst Morial Center e do Riverwalk Outlet. Região segura e com muitos restaurantes próximos. O quarto é excelente: grande, novo, silenciosos, confortável. O café da manhã tem: café, chá, chocolate, iogurte, mingau de aveia com frutas secas, pães doces, hambúrguer, ovo mexido, molho de tomate, suco industrializado, cenoura ralada, laranja e maçã.

Sugestões para melhorar o café da manhã: inserir opções de queijos, presunto, peito de peru, mais pães salgados e aumentar a variedade de frutas… Geralmente tinha só maçã ou maçã e laranja. Um único dia tinha banana….
