The only downside is they show pictures of terrace with castle views but people don't have access to what looks like communal areas like terrace and only accessible by people with rooms with castle views.

Hotel was clean and moderate in size. However, the WiFi does not work at all. When it does come on, it’s at very low speed and basically unusable. When we asked the front desk about it, they said there’s nothing they can do as they have ordered the low speed and not high speed internet. For the price I didn’t feel that this stay was worth it

Well placed for the old town and very walkable. The only downside to our stay was that I had to share a double bed with my 22 year old son. I was told that I had not requested twin beds and there were no other rooms available until the 3rd day of our 4 day stay. It didn’t seem worth moving to another room for just 1 day so offer was declined. I did receive an email regarding room preferences the day after we had arrived! Separate duvets were provided and we slept head to toe so we managed…..still…. The room itself was lovely and clean and bed was comfortable. There is a well stocked mini bar. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food. The only disappointment was that I thought the hotel had a roof top terrace. I believe that this is only available to the guests staying on the top floor 😕. Overall though, it is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and I would return.

A very well run hotel. Rooms were spotless and house keeping staff were great. Breakfast was varied and very good. Staff were attentive and kept all the dishes refreshed. Front desk was also very good and booked tours for us. Big plus was plenty of hot water in the shower.

The location was great - minutes walk from bakeries, restaurants and the Old Town. Perfect for those travelling. We also appreciated them accomodating our early check in request and the breakfast was great too. Only downside is the request for Euro 1 for storing luggage - which we weren't aware of. Rest the hotel is great!

A great location in Prague, walkable to old and new sectors, very impressive

Small room, couldnt sleep at night because of temparature, the fan standing in the middle of the room made a horrible noise and did not help with the temperature. So i would not stay at this hotel again, due to 4 sleepless nights.

We had a big, confortable and clean room with a balcony and a stunning view over Prague. It was one of the best view I've never seen from an hotel room in my life. We will remember it for a lifetime.

Location is great. Checkin went smoothly and staff was helpful. Breakfast area good for the purpose but not exciting. Breakfast options limitted but ok. Room fresh clean and well configured. Supergood bathroom. The hotel is located in an area where it is quite noisy during the nights. if one has trouble sleeping this is good to be aware of. We are overall happy with the stay

Great location for walking in old town however it was quite noisy overnight. Air conditioning was not on so rooms were hot unless opened windows and dealt with outside noise.

Fantastic breakfast!

One of the best convenience of locations! The recipients are great! Especially the young big eyes boy! But the employees at dinning looked tired… nice clean room but the heater seams stopped working during night. Wish they provide conditioner ( shampoo and body wash) tissue box should be movable. The most important is that a laundry room is very necessary! Good breakfast! Generally this is very nice hotel ! I strongly recommend to stay in!

Staff are excellent and helped with my requests prior to arrival, and even arranged an early check in. In general this was a great hotel in a great area, but my only criticism (and the reason I haven't rated it as 5 star) would be that I had chosen a double bedroom, yet the bed only had 2 'single' duvets which made things a little uncomfortable - a simple thing like a double duvet would have been so much better. Would be interested to know if the room had 2 occupants, whether this would have been different.

Hotel is clean and location is convenient; Wifi connection is not very good. It keeps on dropping out and you have to reconnect again with the room number. Other than that, the hotel is fine.

Good location

The hotel is beautifully located and their rooms with a view offers a stunning scenery of the old town square. However, the quality of the service was very irregular. Our checking was great and the last in the reception made a great impression. However, next time we arrived it was another lady who acted rude and ignored some of our concerns with regards to the poor AC (32c that day, and the room was boiling). Same goes for the breakfast where the personnel started moving things away 15 minutes before they closed which was an inconvenience for both us and other guests. All in all - some good some bad. The location is the major reason to pick this hotel.
