This is an older hotel, but they have made some upgrades. We stayed in a suite with 3 beds and it was a lot of space. Overall, our room was clean. We come to the Dells often and we will continue to stay here. Front desk was very nice. They made sure we got to our room ok and called to see if we needed anything half way through our stay. Indoor pools were nice size. For the price and size, definitely a good choice.

Stay was horrible. I broke out from our room being infested with bed bugs, manager was unhelpful. I was told they would come up to the room to check for more bed bugs but when I came back down to front desk and asked them when they could do that she stated she didn’t have time to do that. Never again will I stay here. This is my first time here and they ruined my whole dell’s experience.

The fridge in our room smelled awful and I complained two separate times about it. We couldn't even use it because if we opened it then the room would stink for half an hour. The room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, sheets were stained. There were no vending machines, even though there were vending machine signs. All that was offered in the cooler upfront was diet Pepsi & yellow red bull. Cheese sticks & beef sticks. The room itself just had a weird smell. Staff was okay. Pool towels aren't kept in the pool area. Waiting up front for them took several minutes. Wish I would have checked reviews before booking. We won't be booking here again.

Definitely, avoid. The staff were friendly, but our visit was short and very challenging. The internet was down when we first arrived and the staff member was unable to verify if our booking had been paid (it had been). The patio off our room had half a bottle of Coke and a broken patio chair. The power went out (not their fault, I recognize). The pillowcase on the King bed had hair on it. Finally, when I pulled the bed out of the couch, cheesies flew with it. We requested a refund and changed hotels for the night.

No breakfast no food no vending machine no wash room

The family had a great trip. Perfect for younger children. They all had a wonderful time at the Waterpark.

The check in procedure took a long time (35 minute wait) but it was worth it. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the balcony! We hung out at the hot tub and pool on the 4th floor which was fun! The hotel was a little dated, but we really enjoyed ourselves!

Good and clean room. Beds and bathroom are in good condition. No complaints.

Great stay! This is our 3rd time staying here and its always exactly as it should be! All 3 pools are always open too which is a big key factor. Kids loved it!

My biggest issue is their is a supprise $20 fee when you get their to use any of the swimming or hot tubs. I still had to pay even though i had no intention of swimming and just needed a place to sleep for the night

Mold everywhere. Mold in the shower. Mold in the jacuzzi. Mold on BOTH air conditioners. Mold on the smoke detector. They offer a coffee maker, but dont provide a pot, or any cups to put coffee in. They give you an ice bucket without a lid, or plastic, that smells like cleaning fluid. They advertise an iron and ironing board in the room, but dont have any on premises. The list goes on, but Im tired of typing. We left early, and WONT be going back. I have pictures, but the site wont let me upload any.

Will not stay here again and do not recommend! This hotel needs to be bulldozed or completely renovated! There was a dirty diaper behind our bedroom door from the previous guests, mold in various places,especially by the outdoor hot tub which was also disgusting looking. Our hair dryer didn't work, but it did start on fire inside and was smoking! They were unable to provide us with a new one.

It was great for all ages of my kids. It’s a little outdated, but for the price, there should be no complaints!!! Huge rooms too!

The indoor pool water park was super nasty. The bathrooms had all the toilet paper and paper towels and soap stolen. So there was zero tolitrees in the bathrooms, which considering there was a hot tub is actually disgusting. We did not even go in the hot tub because we didn’t want to even know how nasty it was with people having zero tolitrees. The pool was soooooo unkept it looked like the whole area hadn’t been serviced in months. Like all the liquor in the bar was also stolen but they didn’t even try to make it look better. It was just super ultra ghetto the entire stay. The rooms were also nasty musty and moldy. It was pretty sketchy and was low class so all the loud ass ghetto families were stinking up the place and not being at all respectful. We requested a handicap room and the room had zero wheelchair access. They put us on the 1st floor which was the lower level which wasn’t accessible with the elevator for some reason so you had to go down a flight of stairs and then the actually room had multiple steps down the hallway. The room was pretty busted and the bathroom was gross. The maids were careless with their cleaning and were washing out all the garbages just in the parking lot with hoses and kept taking smoke breaks by the door. The front desk was very nice though and let us have a free sprite because my boyfriend had a stomach ache. This hotel had no bonus free inclusions like other similar class hotels like Natura. I would not stay here again and parking sucked

Had an old hotel smell to the building. Did not have a very good selection of snacks or drinks in the shop for the kids.

Never stayed at the Atlantis before. This was last minute decision for the Labor Day weekend and they had availability that wasn’t $500 a night. We have two small children which is what atttacted us to the hotel. Pros: the hotel is geared for small children. They have three pool areas and the Aquatic Kingdom park was perfect. Our room was on the 4th floor and very close to that particular pool entrance. The hotel was not loud or noisy. The TV worked with a nice selection. Cons: the room was dirty. It was dusty and the walls had had particles of food stuck to them. I found all kinds of things from previous guests like someone’s perfume bottle cap and AirPods. Whoever vacuums didn’t move any furniture. With small kids they put everything in their mouth including floor bits. I understand you get what you pay for but a little more TLC in cleaning the rooms would go along way. The Waterpark was also the same- a little dirty that didn’t need to be dirty. There were some areas inside the pool that were slimy and discolored because of the dirt, which came right off when I touched it.

Atlantis is in a great location! Close to the water parks and dining. The property itself was sketchy. As we arrived there were 2 men looking in car windows. As we departed there was a man working on his car. Making repairs. The cleaning staff ignored our request for more towels. We never got any brought to our room. There was hair in the beds and crumbs around the microwave. No ventilation in the bathroom also. For a quick stay it is fine. But more than one day I wouldn’t stay.

The Atlantis Hotel is a great choice of hotels. The location is ideal- walking distance to many attractions and on the main strip in the Dells. I highly recommend it!

This place is “DATED” it really needs an update on EVERYTHING! I’m sure that won’t be the case but damn these place needs an update and I’m sure it could be much more than it is now. I think they should get some sorta of security, when I was in the indoor pool we had a bunch of characters trying to go in without a key card(of course we didn’t open for ANYONE children or adults) and it could become unsafe because of those reasons. And PLEASE DUST THE PLACE even if there’s no guest.

Average hotel. Most things were good. Carpets could use a good shampooing in the room. Housekeeping didn't clean our room. Front desk didn't answer the phone or respond to the texts you could send them when we tried to reach them for housekeeping. Nothing too major. Had a good time.
