Smell is not good in the room

We had Coffee and Tea in the room, everything was clean, the bed was comfy and there was a place for free parking. We had a good night there!

Breakfast was good but the room was awful. No towels in the bathroom!

The workers were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathtub was deep and the shower was great. Had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious.

I think it's strange when you pay online and it says it's including all taxes and fees. That you have to pay at arrival an additional stay tax.

Budget stay. Lights didn’t work properly in the room. Bed was comfortable enough. No lift to take my heavy case upstairs. Food and breakfast were okProbably wouldn’t go back.

only problem was my room nearly main road so too much noise coming through to room even a midnight other than ok

Nice location of hotel and walking distance to local shopping centre, however no air-con or no desk fan in room makes the stay very uncomfortable. Although there is parking on site, it gets full very quickly. There is no lift in the hotel, so if youre staying on the upper two floors, you have to walk the stairs with your luggage, quite difficult if you have large suitcases. Overall, the hotel is clean and staff are helpful.

Nice and clean hotel. Close to local metro station. Breakfast good but I would prefer it to be bit cheaper. Guest next door was smoking weed right in front of our door and the smell went straight to our room. That was the only downside of the stay.

We stayed here because it was near where we needed to be. The hotel was basic but clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and staff helpful.

Room was too old, hotel far from metro but the worse was the cleanness, we checked in and we saw that lefy over things from body, which are brown stains were still left in the toilet, MUST not be this way... Sheets had very very small black stains, 1 plug in the room to use, so if u wanted to charge your mobile and laptop simultaneously, you would have a big problem. My advice, never go there... Receptionist in the morning was super nice...

We spent 6 nights waiting to move into our new home.

room was available early and were allowed to check-in sooner staff very polite and helpful spoke excellent english and even provided some price, locationlocal information in english

Everything was okay!

This hotel is only 10 minutes from the nearby train and metro station. Its convience ends there. Although there is a nearby shopping centre to peruse, if youre looking for a cheaper holiday hotel stick to the city centres. The check-in staff were lovely, keen to help, and offer the add-on breakfast and restuarant facilities. The room ended up being 2 single beds, with pleasant enough en-suite bathroom. There was only 1 plug socket in the room itself, although there was a 2nd in the bathroom. I advise bringing a usb multi-charger or your own extension cord if you have more than 1 gadget charging whilst trying to use the room kettle. The blind system available was incredibly difficult to operate. Superior motor skills are needed to crank it open and closed, which is necessary as the large window looks out onto the walkway where other guests stroll past. This would be a great place to crash of an evening if you managed to occupy your day, but sadly the slightly too thin walls meant for some loud neighbours. You could ignore all that though had there been decent wifi. Alas the internet connection was slow and at times frustrating.Although it was not stated to be part of the rooms facilities, it was disappointing not to have some sort of microwave, fridge or even small a safe for secure storage. This meant eating out frequently and taking all high value possessions along.

I only wish I could have made a room request at the time of making the reservation as my wife has difficulty in climbing the very steep stairs.
