We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The individual lodges were very comfortable with good facilities. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The food was delicious and we had breakfast lunch and dinner. Being situated right on the beach was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a fantastic Balinese style hotel. Beautiful setting on the beach. Top class food, the breakfast was incredible. Every member of staff go out of their way to make you feel at home nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel to the most discerning traveler, I hope to return someday to this paradise.

This hotel was Nirvana after our long flight from New York. Its serene beauty and attentive staff are unmatched. The food always delicious and kept us from getting Bali belly. The breakfast choices were amazing and everything so fresh. Beautiful garden setting that gives you the true Balinese setting yet close to the airport. I hope to return someday! Thank you Jimbaran Puri for an incredible experience!

This property is without a doubt one of the most beautiful and luxurious places I have stayed in. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The grounds are like the garden of Eden. We ate most of our meals on site and the food was very tasty and there was nightly entertainment.
The facility is located on Jimbaran Bay, so each evening there is a beautiful sunset. We stayed here twice for three nights, ten days apart. The first stay it was windy and you couldn’t use the beach because of the trash washing up on shore despite a crew cleaning up. The second stay there was minimal wind and the bay and beach were pristine.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Great location right at the Jimbaran beach (best beach in Bali in my mind - long, wide and clean and always sunny, even when rest of Bali is rainy. Staff and service is impeccable. Breakfast is fresh and delicious with a lot of options. Staff was super helpful arranging us various tours and dinners. Would definitely come back!

We loved our stay at the Jimbaran Puri! Beautiful hotel grounds/gardens with small temples lovingly tended to and lite up at night. The open air spa is a dream! Good was very good.

Hotel was the perfect place to end 2 weeks in Bali with chill time. Located directly on the beach, with the most amazing sunset, you could easily spend days here reading books and being attended to by the excellent staff who always went above and beyond.
Only things I would consider changing: the hotel was built a long time ago, and our room could have done with more plug sockets to accommodate all the devices that modern travellers have with them, bathroom could also do with a power outlet for the hairdryer, and there could be a central control system for the lights in the room.
Overall, an excellent stay! Will definitely stay again if back in Bali.

This property was very unique & incredibly interesting ! The pool in particular was gorgeous and so very inviting ! We loved both dining rooms - one for dinner & the other for breakfast !

This is a beautiful property and had a lot to offer. Everything is clean and well manicured. The staff was very attentive, the yoga instructor, Yuli, was just lovely. The breakfast is a nice spread. Had dinner at the restaurant twice and it was good to excellent quality/taste.
The only disappointing thing was that the front desk staff person who showed me my room seemed to Benin a hurry or annoyed. She did not give me a complete tour of the room and amenities and I had to call the front desk multiple times for assistance with things I should have been informed about beforehand.

The hotel is an old hotel with best location on the beach. It was a family trip with two toddlers, we were staying at the cottage suite. Love the restaurant - good food with best view possible, Love the pool - big and kids friendly, The room is a bit outdated, and you could find spiders, gecko, and ants in the room, it's not their fault, they were there before humans are, but i am a bit frighten.

Well its the whole experience , old Bali style for those that visited in the 70s and 80s . I love the gardens and the wildlife , the fantastic beach walks in the morning to watch the fishing village bring in the boats and happy hour in the afternoon to watch the wedding photo shoots . I just love it all :)

Overall positive experience.
The hotel is located in a nice area, very quiet.
The restaurant and the spa are very good as well as the pool and the beach.
I only found a “non-positive” aspect related to the transport: I think the hotel should provide complimentary service from / to the airport since this is located very near (only 15 min).
Instead the service was really expensive and unreasonable.
also if provided through third party (local taxi), the price asked by the hotel was more than twice the normal price.
Also the concierge wasn’t helpful on this (saying that the higher price was due to the parking at the airport).
Considering that this is a Belmond hotel, I would have expected a higher service and level of availability.
