I always stay at the Novotel when I have an early flight or arrive in Bangkok from Europe. Their 24 CHECK IN is wonderful and great value. The hotel staff and amenities are excellent and I have never had a disappointing experience in 20 years of staying here.

Incredibly convenient - choice of walking or airport shuttle from the Bangkok airport. Staff is clearly used to catering to travelers, check in/out is seamless, dining options are open early and late, and room service food is good. I stayed here both at the beginning and the end of a longer trip, and will stay here any time I have to travel through Bangkok airport in the future!!

I called the hotel days in advance to switch the room type (room was mistakenly booked as twin) from twin to king, I was told on the phone the switch had been made. But when I got to the hotel I ended up with a twin (I was traveling alone). Room service (which included beers) was delivered without a bottle opener and there were none in the room, I had to waste time looking for one and ask multiple times for one , by that time the food was cold. Rooms are not soundproof and it's hard to sleep with the noise coming from the other rooms with people getting up at all kinds of time given it's an airport hotel. But beds are very comfy, the food is very good. But everything including the cost of the room itself is way overpriced for what you get. Of course having to walk only a few minutes indoors to go to the airport is convenient.

If u have only a couple of days in bgk select this hotel for its convenience and comfort..food quality could be better but hell it runs 24*7 so will give it a wide berth..the sky train terminalis a hop skip and jump away..quickest way to the city

The check in process took more than 20 minutes for no explained reasons. And the bed sheets had a very strong detergent smell .

Super convenient when you have an early flight or you are in transfer. Breakfast was super good in term of quality , quantity and diversification.the room are clean and the bed it’s very comfortable . Check in and check out super easy.

This hotel is the best for convenience when staying over at BKK for an early flight. Easy walk to terminal or shuttle. The food is good but expensive. They are starting to save money by keeping it warmer inside. My room was made quite warm in the middle of the night so I woke up all sweaty. The main areas are also a bit warmer than normal. This is an expensive hotel for Thailand so the value isn't good when they cut the AC to save money on electric. The hallways are starting to get old looking too. But, otheriwise, I like the place when I really want an easy trip around BKK.

Great hotel of you need to be near the airport. It is clean, quiet and accommodating. The restaurant is quite good as well. An added park is that the tramway into Bangkok is walking distance from the hotel!

An unbelievably convenient hotel if one has early or late journeys at Bangkok
Free shuttle from exit 4 or take AC tunnel at city express train exit, 7.
No problem taking airport trolleys which are free. From airport there is an entrance to the tunnel just next to reception. Walking with a trolley takes 10 minutes
Hotel is not particularly cheap but rooms and comfortable, quiet and clean. There is a good pool too.
Food in restaurants is excellent but again not particularly cheap. If this is a big issue simply walk to the airport where there are numerous cheap, sit down but street food places. Lots of FX places at the airport end of the tunnel which give particularly good rates

Great for a stay before an early morning flight out of BKK - comfortable bed, comfortable room (altho a little dated) and decent food options - 24/7 check in policy whereby you can check in whatever time you want and stay 24hrs from then, is excellent!

Stayed there before early morning flight. Hotel is clean and very convenient to reach the airport. Especially breakfast available from 3 am is really nice. I’m sure to stay again.

Check in was really quick got a free upgrade staff where brilliant they even brought a sweet treat welcome tray which was a nice touch breakfast and breakfast room was excellent gym was very good pool was excellent the food and drinks bill from the pool was expensive for what we had 4 latte's 2 coke zero's and 3 stater meals came to £80 but saying that we would definitely stay here again they also brought 2 birthday cakes and bloons and rose petals on the bed for my wife birthday which was a very nice touch

A large airport hotel where you don't intend to spend a long time. The room was clean, but a bit boring. The hotel had a lot of restaurants on offer and there was a really nice swimming pool area. The service worked really well.

Convenient hotel for layover. The property is little bit old though. Not enough aircon in the corridors, which is normally not a bigv problem but considering the size of this hotel then it should be improved. It’s a wee bit suffocating after having to walk 3 mins from the lift to my room!

Really enjoyed my recent stay. Being a regular now, many of the staff know me and always give a warm welcome. Very convenient for airport. Can use free shuttle bus or a 15 minute walk.

First they gave me a room at the end of the corridor and it smelled horrible like it was not opened for few weeks. I tried air con at full blast but moldy smell didn’t go away. Then I complained to the reception and the lady there was kind to change my room. They gave me room near the lift which was all good. But this whole episode wasted 45 mins to an hour. So don’t accept a room towards end of corridors, they are less used ones I guess and might smell bad.

The Novotel has excellent staff, good hotel dining options, well designed rooms, and a cheerful lobby. The pool is also very nice.
However its biggest feature is that it connects directly to the airport, so it’s great for an early morning flight. The only negatives are that it’s a little dated, like carpet and furniture fabric are a bit threadbare. Also the rooms do not have smart TVs.
