On 5th floor and main elevator out of service, only service elevator and it was unavailable most of time

The rooms are quite small. The main elevator has been broken for 3 weeks. The service elevator is used by staff and guests. Very small service elevator. Had to wait 10min or more for elevatorto get to your floor to pick you up. The bath tubs were very slippy, NO hand bars in tub/shower. There was a very big beautiful pool. The pool was maintanined very well. Waiters And staff wew pleasant.

The bed was horrible, a bus stop bench would’ve been more comfortable. The door had a giant crooked gap at the bottom. Besides those two things, everything else was fine. It’s a middle of the road room. The bed was probably the original one whenever the hotel first opened. Check in and check out was quick and easy, staff is nice. Parking situation is weird but whatever. Ocmd is always a good time.

Property needs to update the rooms! Clean the hallway carpet and update the bathrooms add a microwave to each room! Conveniently right on the boardwalk close to everything.

So convenient. Love the patio bar and music.

elevator was broken for over a month room was dirty can't get extra towels hall way floor felt like you were going to put your foot through it on the 4th floor

Older property that requires updates, room door didn't seal, but I felt safe. Soaking tub jets didn't work (in room) and there was sand still in the tub from after it was cleaned because it drained so slowly, but it was oversized and there was plenty of hot water. Old, worn carpet but it was clean. Housekeeping came everyday with new sheets and towels. Rooms were small, no chairs or tables, but there was a welcoming family atmosphere in the many gathering areas with plenty of seating: hotel lobby, out on the deck in front, in and around the pool area, at and around the bar. Overall, it was very pleasant for myself and two teenage boys. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

1st time staying and it was all of what I thought it would be. Across from the beach, staff was kind, live band, pool was good sized, hot tubs were taken but that was okay. Had an all around great time.

This hotel needs to be upgraded. Also the main elevator was out of order and we had to use either the stairs or wait for a while for the cleaning crew elevator which needs to be cleaned more often. Counter service needs to bee more friendly

Can't beat it for the money

Love the location and amenities. Its lobby is as clean as can be with all the sand feet that travel through it. The staff is constantly trying to clean. Quick check in, room details as requested. Great pool and bar area. Live music every day was a huge plus!

Hotel is Ok for the area & what it offers. Sadly holiday weekend & 1 elevator working other broken. VERY small rooms, no microwave in rm. Otherwise it is friendly very convenient to boardwalk, rocking chairs etc set up for your enjoyment.

Room did have microwave and fridge but other than that the music played until midnight, the room wasn’t safe

Small rooms

My stay was ok. Nothing amazing. One of the two elevators was out of service during my stay. The one elevator that did work was very hot and had a weird smell. It was also extremely small. It could fit two people comfortably… My room was ok. It wasn’t very big compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. It wasn’t cleaned very well. There were stray hairs all over, especially in the bathroom. The tv remote barely worked. The back of it was covered with tape to hold the battery’s in. Also most of the tv stations they had consisted of infomercial, qvc, and static….

Great spot but rooms need updates specially the mattresses. Too bouncy for my taste.

The only thing this property has going for it is its location and the staff was courteous and friendly. The prices at the Carribean bar have increased dramatically from last year, although this is more of a result of democratic leadership in the country as a whole. The sink was clogged upon check-in. Carpets are disgusting. Main elevator was broke down and the tiny one that was working was not sufficient with the amount of traffic needed. Don't expect to stay here next year.

They was two elevators and one elevator did not work it took forever to get up to our hotel room

The elevator was broken, the shower barely worked, the bed/pillows were extremely uncomfortable, wallpaper was peeling, the walls were paper thin could hear your neighbors entire conversations

I always book at Plim Plaza because it is inexpensive and I love the pool area. However, the carpets truly need to be cleaned and the inoperative elevator was an inconvenience. Also, we had no linen in our room upon arrival.

Parking is awful, overflow is 2 blocks away so always walking to and from vehicle. Room was incredibly small, pillowcases smelt horrible. Toilet was backed up and had to ask 3-4 times for someone to look at it. Close to beach and right on boardwalk, nice porch with chairs to set on, nice lobby. Has its pros and cons. Would I stay here again? Probably not just because of parking mainly

All the carpets were dirty, one elevator was broken, the air conditioner barely worked, the room doors were not great and you could see out into the hall through cracks. The hotel hallways were very awkward with ramps in the middle of hallways.
