Our room wasn’t as good as previously, room was dark and positioned in the back of the property despite booking it in January (10 months ago ) staff were brilliant and very kind

We had no clean water dispenser in our room where as my son did in his room. Cooking facilities in room but to toast bread we would have had to hire a toaster. Other than the above holiday was very good. Thanks.

Overall experience with my family was great and can not wait to go back for tge next holiday. We appreciate the great smile of the staff and willingness to assist us during our stay. The Square restaurant is an "okay" for overnight stay breakfast buffet. The served food was below my expectations compare to other Novotel I have been stayed worldwide. Their main serving mostly rice dishes and noodles. We loved our 2 bedroom suite we stayed in as the porch gave us the relaxing afternoon listening to the chirping birth and feeling the cool breeze while having our cup of tea. The In balance spa staff is well accommodating but I hope their hair spa is more restful if client is on a lying or slightly head down for treatment for more relaxing pampering instead of a barber type chair in a salon. Their massage bed with hole was an okay but needs to be sanitized as it's smelled pungent during our massage. It was like a someone sweat stayed on a surface of the head area. The Koi ponds was pretty and nice to sit on a nipa hut while having a slow day relaxing.Appreciated the provided Spring drinking water as our thirst quencher and kept us hydrated. Yeah, the Novotel beach access was the Best part of our stay. We stayed not for the pool experience but for the OCEAN therapy. Thank you!

Service and stuff excellent. Check in and check out quick, friendly, correct. Breakfast excellent. Beach Bar and transport to the beautiful beach excellent. The room large, but overdue for a big refitting of almost everything. Very clean. I would go back for the garden and pool and the excellent staff.

Although the rooms could do with an update it is value for money and in such a handy location. We loved the beach club and the breakfast buffet. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are lovely. It was easy to access other dining options, shopping and taxis. All up very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic staff. Spotlessly clean. Good location. Food expensive compared to outside, but good. Only ate two meals there for convenience.

The pictures here doesn’t reflect reality. The rooms are old, the bathroom in our suite was not fresh and all and should have been renovated 5 years ago. The pool had loose tiles everywhere and was almost always filled with leaves and other trash as it wasn’t cleaned often enough and on top of that there is not enough sunbeds to go around.
Location is good and convenient but unless you get this on a good offer you should book something else as this is past its glory days.

5 min walk to the Bali National Golf Club, and easy 30 sec to 5 min to good local food. However the rooms seem very dated, and everything feels old.

Loved the staff and grounds. We had a 1 bedroom suite which was very spacious. Only complaint is the kitchen needs to be stocked better and the bathroom was really past it used by date. The grounds and pool was great. Room kept very clean by excellent housekeeping staff. Meal we had in dining room was not the best and cold we ate out after that. 21percent added on to meals and drinks makes it pricey to.eat and drink at hotel. All in all will definitely stay there again. Lovely friendly staff couldn’t ask for better.

The pool area is beautiful and always being looked after by the staff. Also everyone that I passed that worked there smiled and said hello, I’d definitely come back here no hesitation it’s just the 17 hour trip from London but that’s not the hotels fault.

This is the type of hotel for fat slobs that want to sit around a pool. I could do that at home. Everything is expensive and you would have no idea you were even in Bali if it were not for the signs. Even the coconuts there are wrapped in plastic.

The grounds of this hotel are amazing, very lush and tropical. The shuttle bus to the private beach is great, we felt very safe and looked after. We are a family of 5 and the 2 bed 2 bath room was perfect!
The staff were so welcoming and helpful.
We found the bathroom in our bedroom tired but still tidy enough.

The hotel and staff were great, although the hotel is getting a little old and dated - may need some paint soon.
Tiled floor in the dinning and bar area are NOT Non-Slip and when wet are dangerous.

The staff and service was exceptional, they tried their best to accomodate our needs. The location in Nusa dua and the beach closeby is amazing. Shuttle buses or a short walk to the mall Bali collections was quite convenient

Huge property but not well-maintained.
1) no USB charging ports only two ports in the two-room suite got one multi plug charger (from hotel on refundable deposit fee) then used our plug to charge phones. Huge issue if you have multiple phones and other devices like smart watches too.
2)The kids club was just for namesake half the toys were broken, there was foosball table that didn’t work n few ride along cars n other stuff. 3)The breakfast buffet was okay had western local n the Indian (not the same as Indian) tasted like it was going thru a budget cut. Three restaurants but all had almost same menu.
4)Had booked the hotel as it had a pool with the room but it was a rather small splash pool and it wasn't even clean, leaves kept falling off the roof n cobwebs on the statue pouring water into it.
5)They said it was a functional kitchen but no microwave if you want to rent one they’re happy to for a price.
All in all book elsewhere if you want value for money spent 5star just for name.

We found the Staff at the Novotel excellent. From check in to check out eveyone was friendly and helpful. We spent most of our days around the pool and the Gourmet Square staff made our holiday even more special. One employer that stood out to us and carried us on a pedestal was Jayaa. He catered to our every need and gave us service on behalf of Novotel.

It's our 1st time and 4nights stay, relaxing, eco friendly and comfortable stay. Aside from being uncomfortable staying in the buffet breakfast, with no enough cooling system, which is understandable because the restaurant is an open space. Shuttle service to the beach and going around to the market area is a plus for a convenient stay.
Planning to go back to Bali in the future, I'll make sure to put novotel in the top list of where to stay.

Our favourite thing about this property was the toddler pool our 2 yr old would spend hours in there playing. The beach was great but not safe for swimming directly in front of the beach club and would have been a 300m walk to the swimming area. I’m not sure if this is always or just the weather when we were there but something I hadn’t considered. The rooms were large but a little dated. I will forever not understand why hotels have clear glass doors on toilets and showers. Great location to walk to shops and Bali collection. There were also many restaurants outside of the resort that were easy to access. The property itself is well maintained. For the price compared to other options in Nusa Dua we were happy with our stay.

We weren’t able to have a hot shower even though the engineer came to fix it.
Staff were very helpful and I enjoyed the stretch yoga and water aerobics in the mornings.

The Novotel is a relaxing place to stay, greet breakfasts, good staff and good facilities. It is close to some streets with options.

Location is good and majority staff are good and friendly. The pool is really good and the beach was also great. Buffet breakfast is good as there was something new everyday. Check in was from 2pm and our room was not ready even though we arrived around 11pm. Seems like to there is a massive sewage system issue as all the area around the toilets stinks. Drinks are usually warm as the fridges don’t seem to be working well.

Would recommend as the complex is very safe and rooms are clean and well catered apart from tea & coffee facilities... this you will need to purchase to have in your room. There was a diplomatic conference in our resort on the last few days of our stay and we felt standards slipped for the guests because all focus was shifted and amenities were limited. All in all a very pleasant stay.
