Amazing staff, amazing room. Love it.

Very bad experience. First of all, it is complicated to get them on the phone to pick you up at the airport . They don't answer e-mails. Then we couldn't sleep well because the walls are very thin and the neighbours were listening to the Television at 3am. Mediocre breakfast with artificial fruit juices and nothing really good . But the worst was that they refused to keep our luggage until the next day . (Hotel policy) . Escape! For goodness sake .

Location is good but if you end up having to check in early they told me they don’t have normal rooms but I need to be upgraded and pay for the extra hours which is not my experience with any other hotels in the Middle East.

Well I stayed for an extra night but unfortunately the room air conditioning was not working at all and was making noise all night and i asked for a maintenance no one showed up and they did not care at all for a second night was not worth it ,it’s better to stay on an Airbnb you will get a better service than le passage .terrible experience

The busman came to the hotel and took ages, the check-in was quick because they gave a filthy room, so that was changed 3 times, used toilet paper, leaks, and dated. When we got the room after ages, guess what, the housekeeping literally got a sponge and soap and started cleaning the bathroom door, and I'm running late for a meeting..! It was pathetic! Not only that the second day early in morning the knocking on the doors and the manager yelling at each other and can be heard receptionist kept knocking on the door When the last knock came again every hour around 12 noon I opened it and was quiet upset so she said the receptionist had told her to do that. Then when I got in the shower NO WATER I called the receptionist. After that, it took housekeeping several hours to come to change the bedding! And the sink basins are blocked none is bothered..! And I ended up with a rash on my feet. The beds are rolling beds and light you can tip the bed over a single one. The damaged bathrooms! Please do not be dilutional by pictures It is intriguing to see how poor staff, always wanting a tip, and the desk at check out wants to fill the review part for you. In other words, they want to do a leave good review, that is cheap!!! The bellman had no manners at all he was rude and unprofessional. It was all about TIPS! From staff to housekeeping!!! The carpets were dirty and a horrible smell in each room. I would NOT consider this hotel again. And I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

We like everything about the hotel and the services they offer. The assistance is not great. Food is good, bedrooms big and very confortable with the short distance from the airport.

A fairly nice property. Limited payment option. Nice dining option. Within walking distance from terminal 1. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Works well for transit passengers. Has nice garden and pool. Lively in evenings.

Small average room. Could be modernized. Smelled a bit like bug spray. It was nice to have snacks and drinks in the mini fridge as well as bottled water. Bellman took over 30 minutes to bring my luggage. Shuttle service is great. Hotel is close to airport and a good value.

The hotel was an ok hotel. The porters and staff in the restaurant were nicer than the reception. The bathroom was awful, there were hairs around the sink. Vwry old and outdated. The fan was open so lots of flies and mosquitoes coming in. The bath tub was dirty. Also the ac was leaving a bad smell.

Best place to stay in if its your first time in Egypt.

Clean establishment,nice lobby,room is spacious enough with even little mini bar that has reasonably priced items. Bathroom is very clean. Courteous staff. The only thing i would like improved is airport shuttle service. It took longer than expected to get a shuttle for airport pick up.

I like it and will be back whenever I'm in Cairo airport and needs a hotel.

Moved into this Hotel as I was in a much more expensive hotel of an international chain where I was totally unsatisfied. Coming with mixed expectations I was absolutely positively surprised. Quiet, clean, friendly and an reliable airport transfer. Will stay there in future as well.
