The room was clean and comfortable but the cable on the TV was out the two days I was there. Not really their fault but when you are traveling not much else to do in the evening.

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great experience overall, property is well maintained, nice and modern furniture in room, breakfast was plenty and delicious, take my word for it, I’m extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and this hotel didn’t disappoint. Great for big families.

This was a nice place to stay for a night on our way to Florida. It was clean, staff was friendly and room was a good size. Breakfast options were great. The outdoor pool looked great, but we opted to not use it as hurricane Debby had come through the day before and it hadn’t been cleaned yet. This hotel was very convenient, right off interstate 75. We felt very safe at this hotel.

PROS:
Check-in process was simple, the gentleman at the front desk (Peter?) was professional, friendly and helpful.
When Peter saw I was traveling with a newborn, he didn't hesitated to offer his help and even brought us a crib. He was fantastic.
Room was ok for a hotel of this category, I will stay here again.
The lady in-charge of the breakfast area keep all clean, went table to table asking if we were ok or needed something else. Breakfast area was clean and decent food.
CONS:
We found some hairs in the room and restroom, looked wiped, so maybe it wasn't properly removed during cleaning?
Toilet was not flushing, we didn't reported, but I guess is something that should be working always.

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good for and economy hotel. The front desk clerk paolo was excellent.
The pool is small but great for swimming with family as long as there are not too many people.
There are plenty of food options around including close to mall.
There is a small pond behind the hotel that has a ton of turtles in it. We counted like 30 turtles at one time. Over all this was one of the better hotels I have stayed in.
I would say they do need to look into the drain in the parking lot cause it did flood over with some heavier rain, like a good foot deep.

I would stay at this hotel again!! Good customer service at the reservation desk upon check-in. My room was cleaned and neat!!! Many restaurants and shopping nearby, you can even walk to Denny’s!!

Upon entering, refrigerator leaked water onto floor. Inside refrig, mold in the top left corner. Opened the pull out couch to find pieces of food under the mattress. Rented room for 6, but only had towels for four.
For one night, overall average. Would stay again, but as much as they charge foe 1 night, $189, I expect an immaculate room!
The best part was the friendliness of the check in employee and the breakfast employee. Sorry, I didn't get their names.

We did not realize that we had booked a reservation because expedia did not send me an email. They charged me anyway and after talking to 3 managers over the course of 4 days they refused to give us our money back even though we didn't stay there or know that we needed to cancel. Expedia ended up giving us the money back even though Comfort Suites is the one who withdrew the money from my credit card. Bad experience and very frustrating. Would not recommend the hotel. The management knew I'd write a negative review and was content that they were being consistent with their billing policy claiming I failed to cancel 24 hrs. in advance.

The front desk attendant (sorry can't remember name-beautiful young lady), best customer service. She was fun and friendly. The happy hour was great! My husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine/beer and my girls had and I quote "the best cookies EVER" and chips and salsa before swimming. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was great. With about 10 minutes left, the wonderful staff were still replenishing items and made an announcement before cleaning up in case anyone needed anything else. It seemed the staff cared about the customers and you don't see that much these days so a big thank you from my family!

My family and I had such a comfortable stay! We were greeted and able to check in quickly. Phil was professional, friendly, and courteous. The room was clean and inviting. Plus, I love that they have established 'quiet hours"- which was greatly appreciated. I really like that it was located right off the exit and within
walking distance of family-friendly restaurants.

We absolutely LOVED this hotel! I rarely write reviews.
The front desk (Jamaal, I believe) was great getting us an early check in, as we had arrived sooner than expected.
The room was spacious and had everything we needed including a mini-fridge, coffee supplies, work area/desk, etc.
The pool area was great. It was a hot day and we went in for a while.
The manager's reception was great with snacks and a few free drinks. We mingled with others and enjoyed the time.
