I love the clean, safe hotel. The staff was even able to put me in the area I needed. The breakfast is unremarkable but enough to get me on my way. I’ll stay again if I’m in the area

This hotel is newly remodeled and beautiful. The room was large and I liked the no rugs on the floor. The rooms are very clean. The bed was perfect and the room temperature was very controllable. My one complaint are the curtains in the room. The hotel is in an area with many businesses and the outside is very well lighted. The curtains did not keep the light out and the room was too bright so my husband and I did not sleep well.

I love staying at best western. It was such a nice hotel. I had so much fun me and my friend were there and I loved it so much. I definitely will be coming back for another stay

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was disappointing: only oatmeal options were fruit/cream flavors, hot water tasted like old coffee, only french roast caffeinated coffee- no decaf.

No one to tidy up the room. Talk to the front desk, he showed me the paper says due to the DO NOT DISTURB sign placed at the handle, so the staff would not tidy up the room, fine. We go out at 10 and the sign removed, but the front desk staff says the staff would not come to clean it as well. Once you missed the cleaning time frame from 0900-1100, this is your problem but the hotel.

The carpet in the common area is very soiled. They say they are replacing it soon but not sure how it would get to be in its current condition unless it was never cleaned. Regular cleaning is key. It was a decent stay for a long day on the road. Location is convenient right off the interstate in. Champaign. Property maintenance seems inconsistent throughout.

This property was typical of what one might expect of Best Western Plus. The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable, and the shower with lots of pressure. This is one of the very few rooms I have ever stayed in that had no carpet of any kind in the room. No problem, but seemed odd. The carpet in the hall way, at least on the first floor, was pretty disgusting, which was really out of character with the rest of the hotel, which was very nice. The breakfast area had plenty of tables and the breakfast was your typical buffet.

Hotel itself was pretty decent, nice location. Wasn’t very happy with the staff. We met up with family for a couple nights, desk staff was rude to my daughter, then accused them of stealing a pillow after checkout, which they didn’t. We had to change our room the second night due to a clogged tub drain. Many strange rules posted all over as well. I would stay somewhere else mostly based on the staff.

They lost my reservation. I was unable to cancel or modify it in the app. They could not help me. They charged me for a different room (2 queen beds) even though I had already paid to stay there thru Expedia. No one could understand. They issued me several sets of keys that didn’t work. The upper floors need replacement carpeting. Did not receive maid service.

It was ok. Room was nice and breakfast was decent. There were just so many signs that were so threatening and put our family on edge. Signs that stated that no one was to be in the lobby from 10 pm to 6 am, threatening cleaning costs if anything got dirty, statements about no visitors being allowed at all, one warning otherwise tossed out signs for quiet hours. In addition there were signs about replacements of the carpets and lights which made sense but added to the excessive signage. It made us feel unwelcome and unwanted. We were worried about doing anything wrong and being charged for it. We are still worried after checking out. Overall, we did not feel welcome to stay and could not relax for the evening. We have no plans to return this hotel.
