The room smelled like smoke. The service was excellent in every other aspect. I wish they had an ice machine on the floors.

The balcony should not be advertised as a balcony. Its more like a 6'x3' space. Just enough room for the 2 chairs and mini side table. Maybe it was me but I expected a bit more. Upon arrive, i was told rhat we'd receive 25% off drinks at the 3th fl bar. But before we paid our bill, we inquired and were told they knew nothing about that. The food's a bit pricey but everything was good. Valet are awesome. We couldnt use the pool Friday morning due to the photo shoot. But the entire staff at the outer pool were rhoughtful and made us comfy until we could cool off.

Nothing unique… very average for a 4-5 star hotel. We’ve been here years ago and it looks like service and hospitality is in decline

The staff was professional and yet friendly- from the front desk, to the maid service, the bartenders jn the Living Room, the staff at the pool and beach. I also liked the little touches- the two bottles of water in the room each day, the nespresso coffee machine, robes in the room, providing me with an umbrella one evening when it was raining and I was about to walk to a restaurant.

Overall I had a great experience staying at the W for the first time Only thing was too much noise from the pool during the day, if i wanted to take a nap. And during the weeknight, there was a couple of nights with a lot of noise, however overall a good experience. My room, the view and amenities were amazing. I’d consider staying here again for sure!

Great location and cool vibe. Just seemed understaffed at the Front Desk and Bellstand which was unexpected for this price point and level of a property.

It’s a beautiful property next to the beach. We had a problem with the bathroom vent. There was an outage and it started smoking leaving me with a horrible burn smell. Other than that I will like to stay there again

Im upset of the hidden fees associated with this place. When we got there, i paid out of picket for a room upgrade for all 5 nights thinking i woukd no longer owe anything. When we checked out, they slipped in a "resort fee" for all 5 nights we stayed. This talleyed up to almost another 300 dollars. Not to mention that the valet parking is 60 dollars a day with very limited street parking which is also pay by meter. The hotel was beautiful and the room view was amazing but i feel like they are trying to squeeze wvery penny they can from you in an already expensive environment.

Great location! Across the street from the beach. The only negative is the bathroom in the hotel rooms offer no privacy!

The pool closes at 7pm. Carpets in hallways very dirty. Hotel room smelled like mold and had mold spots on the ceiling. Staff doesnt speak at all. Im use to staying at Marriott Beach Habor this was definitely a downgrade. Will not be retunring unless its to dine at Steak.954. The food was amazing ans custoemr service was A1

Beautiful hotel in very convenient spot.The steakhouse at the hotel was amazing,we are foodies and I almost think it was better than Eddy Vs which is high on our list.Everyone was very accommodating and nice they have a nice bar too

The hotel was very dirty. Upon check in I asked if I could get an early check in and I was told I could for a fee, so I paid, then I waited and I was told I could not get into the room until 4pm which was the check in time, so I asked for a refund and I was told it would be done. When I got a room, it was not the class of room I paid for (ocean view), as I exited the elevator the entire floor smelled of pot and my room itself had a horrible smoke smell. There were 2 towels, no hand towels or anything else. The lighting near the bed did not work and there was no trash can. As I had an early flight, I called and asked for a porter to help with luggae the evening before and was told they would be at my door at said time. No one showed up. I called the front desk for 20-minutes and no one answered, so I called from my phone and reached someone to send a Porter, which took another 15 minutes, making me late for my flight. Overall experience was HORRIBLE, I will never stay here or recommend this property. The worst hotel experience I had and I am a seasoned traveler.

The W is always a great option.

Our room has no ventilation. It had a strong odor when you walk in. Bathroom gets extremely wet when you are showering due to condensation. The toilet is behind a glass door that doesn’t lock and no fan. The AC vents blew air directly onto the bed so it was hard to sleep. The pool area was nice and the staff were very friendly. The valet service was 65$ per day with no self parking. Valet staff were very good. We won’t be staying a this W again.

Location is great, right on the beach but the rooms are small and smell like mold (ocean view) . The condensation from The AC vent was dripping all over the floor and carpets. Pool was crowded and pool hours very short closing at 7 pm. Won’t stay there again.
