This property was very nice.

The hotel was nice. Excellent location just off I 90 allowing easy access to all the different attractions. Excellent breakfast

Clean and right off the interstate

Room was very clean upon arrival. The staff worked really hard solo to keep everything at the hot breakfast up and running. I didn’t like the size of the exercise room (4 machines total)and also the water fountain in there didn’t work. There were no sanitization wipes available to wipe down the machines. Overall a good location.

Rooms were spacious and clean.

Nice hotel- nice big family room

It wasn't the worst motel I've stayed at. The location was convenient and part of why I booked location. I had to be switched to a new room because of broken springs in both mattresses. When I spoke to the front desk attendant she was under the impression that room had new mattresses. They were stained and filthy. The mattresses in the new room felt newer but I didn’t want to actually look and see how the mattress looked. The overall cleanliness of both rooms were good. Breakfast was okay but not great. The pool is tiny! My family and I attempted to go swimming but were unable to do so because of how small it was. We were able to go swimming the next morning. I expected it to be a little cleaner since we were the first ones to get to the pool that morning. The gym is okay but very small. Most staff seemed friendly. I didn’t use the laundry room but it seemed to look clean. One of the two elevators were inoperable but we didn't have an issue with overcrowding of people in the elevator that was operable. Overall I'd say our stay was decent but not worth the money we paid. I wouldn't stay there again unless I didn’t have too many other options. After learning of how refunds work when situations like ours arise I won't be booking through Expedia again.

The hotel was clean, close to most of the attractions and breakfast was great compared to other hotels we’ve been to.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady working the front desk. She was patient and extremely polite! We had an issue with our card when we were checking in and she was extremely helpful and patient through the whole thing! We also went down and asked for recommendations for pizza and she was so friendly and easy to talk to! Thank you for the pleasant experience!

The staff was great & the continental breakfast was good. The elevator wasn’t working correctly so needed to use stairs for the fourth floor at one point. Beds were not comfortable & the deadbolt on our door did not work because the plate needed adjustment. The room itself was very nice.

Just off of the interstate in an area with lots of options as far as dining and shopping

Room was clean and spacious. We felt lucky to get a room at a decent rate that night when our other reservation cancelled without notice during bike week in Sturgis

Front desk was not friendly at all, he made you seem like it was an inconvenience to check you in. The room was not as clean as it should be. There was shoe prints on the bathroom floor, the bathroom handle was flithy so was the sink faucet. The room smelt like someone spilt their cologne everywhere, like instant headache strong.

The hotel needs more attention about some repairs

We love it

Helpful staff. Couldnt find an ice machine on our floor so had to ho down to 1st floor. Thoughtful little things for families like a no slip pad for bath. Entry door was a little difficult to close.

The property has easy parking but the room is not very clean and is kind of old inside the room. The bath tub has yellow stink on the floor.

Rooms Need to be remodeled

The propeety waa large ans had onsite laundromat wich was awesome, but the 2nd floor vending pop machine waa empty so we had to go down a floor to get beverages.

Family trip was great. Needed 4 rooms. We had booked for 1 night, but they were able to accommodate us for an extra night. Very friendly staff, clean, nice hotel!

We were not given shampoo/conditioner in the room, beside that it was an average hotel.

The room was dirty. Not vaccumed..floors not washed very very dirty... vent in bathroom was so full of dirt.. shower tub had mold..sofa sleeper in bad shape and very uncomfortable... walls needed washing.... desk chair broke almost fell backwards when sat down... bathroom tiles cracked ..carpets in hallway were old and dirty ..elevators gave a very rough ride.. hard to get extra towels for pool area... juice in breakfast area watered down and not tasty at all. All the guests were complaining.. cigerette butts all over outside the front entryway..all in all not worth 700.00 for a 3 night stay. I do nor recommend this hotel at all for that price

Nice rooms

Staff was very friendly. Found other people’s garbage in our room between the bed and night table but otherwise was clean. Good breakfast.
