Accommodations were very nice and clean. I especially enjoyed the provided shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Breakfast spread was really nice. I enjoyed Tulsa Hills area with so many shopping and dining options.

The staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay, but noticed the hotel had a crew moving mattresses out of the building and loading them onto trucks. There was no information about this, but when we got home the next day, our 2 children had bed bug bites. The hotel clearly had bed bugs and our room must not have been addressed yet. They haven’t responded to our inquiries about the situation.

From the moment we walked in there were 2 ladies with a smile on ready to great us. We got checked in and went to our room. I got a text from the front desk making sure I had everything I needed. I have never had that. Very caring I asked if there was a microwave somewhere I have access too. She so nicely explained exactly where it was and said I’m welcome to use it. Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean.

Everything was great at the property but not a lot of parking. Staff was great. Room was very roomy and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Despite the 4.8 stars review, I was highly disappointed in the service and room condition. The bottom rail of the shower was corroded and filthy. The shower head was loose and didn't work properly. TV didn't work at all. The free breakfast was not edible. Eggs tasted like they were made the day before, sausage was like leather, and coffee was very watered down. I will never stay at this location again.

Took forever to get checked in

Not enough lighting in the room, cupboards with loose fittings and a lot of road noise

We have stayed here before. Good Service, Shopping across the street plus numerous eating establishments and close to Hwy. 75 which makes it easy for us to return home in Bartlesville without going through the city.

Really great service and friendly staff

Both Air conditioners in the room did not work so sleep was disturbed by the room getting so hot so that was not good to not get a good nights sleep. Otherwise everything else was fine. Breakfast was good.

It was nice, clean and safe.

Started off great. I finally dozed off and my door just open and a random staff member comes in (without knocking) starting asking about my plumbing. I hadn’t event used the plumbing. During the night the floor above us continued to make so much noise I thought it was thundering. I went to the front desk for a snack and Scotty (I think her name was) acting as if I inconvenienced her. I mentioned the noise and she responded with my supervisor has been up there we didn’t hear anything and turned her back. That morning my room did not have hot water. I told the front desk and was moved rooms that afternoon as they couldn’t fix the issue. AC in new room did not work and the tub plug did not work went back to front desk to speak with Scotty. Asked if they had filtered water she told me to buy a bottle of water and when I mention the tub she just shrugged her shoulders and turned her back. I asked for a receipt from my purchases she told me I can get them when I check out she didn’t want to give me one.

The staff were awesome. It was very quiet and I felt safe the whole time. There were many dining options within a 3-4 min drive. The beds were also fantastic!

I didn't like having to call the front desk to tell the people and kids in the room above me to quit jumping around at 10:30 at night.

Pool was out of service in 100 degree weather for pm's that could have been completed at night

No hot water or water pressure in the shower. Room was not cleaned and got no clean towels.

Our room's miniscule and difficult to see television set made the stay unbearable, by degrees. I have never seen one so small in a hotel room.

Bathroom door handle fell off. Bathroom towel hook fell off. No cups in bathroom. No lids for coffee cups. No hook near sink to hang a hand drying towel. No rug for outside shower. Curtains aren't long enough to be fully black out. Room overlooking pool was so loud due to people blaring music late. Smoke detector above bed has 2 insanely obnoxious blinking lights that you can see when you close your eyes. Really, right above the bed?! Front desk staff is very nice. Hotel and room are clean. Super close to great food and shopping amenities. Happy that room had a fridge.
