Every staff are really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great as well. Good location with lots of restaurants around. Minutes walk to Ayala triangle and Greenbelt

Excellent. I have been canvassing for a month long stay and frankly I'm surprised I even considered other hotels. The value for money on the sheer size of the rooms is laugh-out-loud good. The proportions are also further enhanced by a spacious, minimalist treatment of the furnishings complimented then some more by satisfyingly high ceilings (at least on the 2nd floor). Staff were on their usual professional and accommodating vibe. Great Stay. All said, it isnt the most state-of-the-art room, but as an artist, I was satisfied primarily with the observation that electrical outlets were both abundant frequently enough found in all occupiable spaces. Also, the double Balcony speaks for itself. Ask for a high floor if you dont want to keep your finger on the pulse of the streets. Actually, its rather unfortunate that the next day was booked solid, but thats hardly their fault.

Breakfast included was limited to sit down menu choice one per option and was not that great. Beverage was limited. It was made to order menu breakfast. Room condition was good Malaga suite stayed only complaint was the smell of sewerage at times coming from bathroom and also corridor of the rooms. There was even floor air cleaner or automatic vaporizer on floors to help clean and mask the molded and or smell of sewage at times . Key benefit was that the suite included small kitchen but also the bathtub to add water flow was not the best

Whereever I stay it has to be extremely clean and Picasso did not let me down. Every corner of the room was free from dust, hair and debris. The bathroom was clean and comfortable not the slightest hint of mold. The gym was spotless did not have a hint of odor and the equipment was well maintained. The facility smelled fresh not over powering. Last but certainly not least the staff were top notch, accommodating, polite and an excellent representation of the Filipino people! The location was perfect with lots of restaurants, coffee/tea, bars, parks, market and other attractions within walking distance especially if you like to walk. I will happily stay here again and would recommend especially if you like smaller quieter buildings. Oh let me not forget I enjoyed the gallery and art in and around the hotel as well!

The only (yet minor) "inconvenience" I experienced was the breakfast time - most places would serve breakfast from 6 or 6:30am but here in The Piccaso Boutique Serviced Residences, breakfast is served from 7am. In my case, sometimes I have to leave for a customer visit before 7am, and it was such a shame that I had to miss a chance for the breakfast here because it tastes so good.

Aircon in room 809 was not working. Wanted to transfer room but they just brought a Iwata cooler. Booked a twin room but instead they just prepared an extra bed with 3inches foam.

Returning guess with a traveling buddy ( this time) made multiple bookings till 3/17. Updated room compared to the last but again problem with the AC unit like in my past stays. I guess too expensive to upgrade ???

The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. I asked many questions, and they answered all of them. From the nearby rooftop bar, to the Ayala Museum, and the incredible assortment of food available at the Glorietta mall, their recommendations were just what I was looking for. I would recommend Picasso to anyone!

The hotel is very dated and is in desparate need of upgrades. The room safe are 14 plus years old. The hotel needs to get new room safe. In addition the rooms are very cold . The are ice boxes and hotel need new thermostat

Definitely worth the stay. The staff is thoughtful, the service made you feel like a VIP. Everything about Picasso Boutique was top notch. Best part was that it is located down the block from Salcedo Saturday Market. I would stay here again!

Finally revisited the Philippines since 2004 to attend a Argentine Tango Festival and many of the Dancers stayed at the Picasso which was located next to the Venue. The Hotel provided a clean room which comfortable seating and kitchen near stores and restaurants. Would stay again.

I’ve stayed at Picasso many times however because of Covid our last stay was Dec 2019. Picasso location fits our needs perfectly, thus we will continue to stay as long as the price fits. Note: The pricing of Pablo n Cartel in our view is on the high side n food is inconsistent based on price, but they are both good hang-outs, however there are other food n beverage options in the area.

Overall, loved the room, very big so our family has lots of space to move around. Service is excellent, from front desk to utility, to the porters and guards. Just one thing to improve: lighting. Our suite was quite dark especially in the cooking as area.

A super change from the big branded chain hotels! Quirky, comfortable and good sized rooms. Good location and very helpful friendly staff. Good restaurant and bar. Salcedo Saturday morning market is 50m away and great fun.
