Friendly and attentive staff. Nice room, very clean. Hotel very well located.

Barish, the manager, was very kind to us and gave us an upgrade and free breakfast. All was well, the beds, the rooms, wifi and the lobby. The only thing we did not like was the massage. The lady that gave us the massage had her nose running while massaging us and her phone was ringing. Once she even answered the phone and put it between her ear and her shoulder while massaging me. Not my idea of a relaxing massage!

Service was good and most reception staff seemed to have an understanding of English, especially if you spoke slowly and clearly. Meal tip: breakfast is NOT included and is 10 euros. I decided to come back and there was a great improvement in room quality...especially with the updated the bathrooms. This is one of the oldest hotels with very nice staff and rooms with wonderful, spacious balconies!

Pleasant stay, located in the heart of shopping district, restaurants, ferry...

It is located in centre of İzmir close to main attractions in the city.

Excellent downtown location and very helpful and kind staff. Aged decoration and furnishings but might look nice if you like wooden decoration with antique flavor. Breakfast was sufficient. Don't expect much view from non-balcony rooms but in reward you don't get any street noise. Hotel is on a relatively quiet street so exterior noise is not a big issue overall. There is a cinema right next door with the same name of the hotel and if you are into independent and European movies you'd like it. I definitely recommend Karaca Hotel for medium budget travellers looking for central location.

The pathroom seems old , limited kinds for breakfast , the room is big enough , the stuff was very good .

Great as always. The Staff is always helpful and kind and the hotel is in a great location close enough to the city center but far enough for a relaxing stay!

situated conviniently near all major sites, this comfy hotel offers all necessay amenities. only complaint was cigarette smell in the non smokings

When arriving in Hotel 2nd evening, my room was occupied by other guests. A mistake made by reception..... All my things where thrown in a bag. When receiving them back and having another room, things where missing and as I was for business, shirts wrinkled. Nothing was offered for that, just standard procedure, which would take too long for my travel schedule. Also getting the bill was one way or the other difficult and took really long time. On the website for booking the room on expedia it says: room with a view. If they mean a parking house being a view..... then that is correct. But knowing the hotel is facing a park I expect THAT to be the view.... Hotel is old nd slightly worn, but solid, rooms are spacious and the ones facing the park are really nice to sit in the evening. Also close to the sea and some shops. So if you make sure you have a front room, it is worth going, as price is decent.

We stayed 2 nights and we like it. It is a small hotel but cozy, staff helpful and nice. The hotel is 5 - 10 minutes walk to the beach boulevard, clock tower, republic square and marina where you have varieties of restaurants and shops. I recommend it.

Balcony room, hotel shuttle to/from airport, breakfast included, very close to the Kordon along the water, and a short walk from Basmane station in the center of the city. Had a very good stay here. Clean hotel, friendly concierges.

Wonderful hotel with delicious food and convenient location. But my room was a little stuffy. The shuttle bus service between the hotel to the airport was quite good and make sure to book it with the reception in advance.

Good, clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Personal and equipment at reception improvable. Parking problems when arriving by car.

It was a great place to stay. As of right now I would stay no other place. One of the best things were door to door shuttle service along with the helpful staff.

Though free of charge, the hotel has a fixed schedule for its airport shuttle bus. Our flight arrival time happened to be just after one and three hours before the next schedule. So we had to make our own arrangement to get to the hotel - an inconvenience that we could have been spared, even if he hotel had to charge us for it. Other than this the hotel itself and its facilities were very good. The only discomfort we faced was due to non availability of air conditioning in very early May. The rooms though spacious and comfortable, got a bit stuffy.

Right in the middle of where you want to be. Kordon just blocks away. Basemane Train Station just blocks away. Plenty of cafes and boutiques near by. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I arrived several hours early do to flight schedules and they gave me the first room available 3 hours early. After checkout at 12, they held our luggage while we continued to sight-see until 5:30 and then we took their shuttle to the airport. Breakfast buffet was good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend getting a balcony room as it has a better view. The other rooms view is of the parking garage for the Hilton. Overall we enjoyed our 4 days there. Will be returning next month on our way to our next adventure.

Pleasant stay. All at 4* standard. Airport Free pick up/drop off by shuttle bus is a welcome plus. Near the water front with all the restaurants, etc. Did not try the sauna or Gym, maybe next time. Worth to stay here if the price is right !
