Clean, small indoor pool and sauna inclusive, good food in hotel restaurant. I think price and quality ratio is excellent in compare to other Strasbourg hotels! City train station is 200m far from hotel reception.

*Spa facility closed until 3pm each day. *Restaurant was closed entirely. None of this was mentioned before booking. *To eat dinner you needed to eat elsewhere but there was few options around. *Dried yellow crystalised urine all over the tiles around the toilet. *Not even a complimentary bottle of water left in the room. *TV in the lobby only showing a fashion channel. When asking to put a sports channel on I was told it is not possible.

The room was excellent. It was very clean and well kept. I also loved the big windows and how big the room was. The hotel staff were super friendly and provided great customer service. The breakfast was great as well, they had a self serve open buffet. This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in France so far. I would definitely book again.

Rooms were comfortable, easy parking, but breakfast was mediocre at best. Staff were very helpful on the front desk and ok in the restaurant . Nice pool with pool towels in room and close to the tram service that runs every 10mins to the city, you can get your tickets from machine but make sure to tap in each time before you get on a tram.

I was on a business trip for 18 days in Strasbourg. I booked the 1st 7 days at Hotel Athena Spa in order to see if I could spend so much time at one hotel. There were a few things in the beginning which made me re-consider and move elsewhere but I decided to stay the full 18 days. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The restaurant, although a small selection had incredible food so all in all, it felt like my home away from home.

I like this Hotel, everyone is nice and the water in the swimming pool is warm.

The best thing about the property is the front desk -- ever cheerful, ever helpful. The location is clean and quiet, but close to nothing: no restaurants, no shops, no facilities. The nearest thing to you is a tram stop about 400 metres away, and the nearest restaurants are one stop away from that. The proerty has only one restaurant, and on two of our four nights it was fully reserved for a tour group, leaving other guests to fend for themselves!

My stay was the first part of my 3 week business trip in Strasbourg. I booked for 8 nights before booking the remainder of my trip as I wanted to see if I could stay there for the full 3 weeks. I have found the staff very friendly, the facilities are good and a short tram ride to Strasbourg centre.

Friendly staff and great spa to relax, all inclusive

The Two days that we stayed was good experience. Transportation was close and parking was free. It was a safe place. You can hear the tram the minute it starts until late at night. Considering that it is promoted as a SPA hotel -which it is- and having to pay rent for the bath rope and room flip flops was an unpleasant surprise. Staff was great!

A very nice and clean hotel that is also a very short walk away from convenient public transport to the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Highly disappointed with this hotel considering the pricing of it. Hardly any amenities in the room not even bottles of water . Found the staff to be quite rude at times, and the included spa is very cramped but also doesn't allow certain types of swimming shorts for males which I really didn't like. The free car park is very tight and small and the only other option is paid underground parking.Overall for the price I don't recommend this hotel.

Nice possibility to park for free in the internal parking or just outside in the street. The connection with the city centre is very convenient, as the tram is just around the corner and a great add-on is the spa area.

The room is very good, tramway is close by, you can go to the city center, shopping centers, Christmas market and central train station in 15 minutes. There was a supermarket in 5-10 minutes distance. There is a fridge and they leave different kinds of tea, soluble coffee and biscuits everyday. There is a small kettle. There is a good water pressure in the shower. I really loved the hotel. Some employees are very kind and friendly and they inform you and do all with enthusiasm and some just do their job and ignore you. The area of the hotel is very safe because it is a residential place, so you can take public transport and walk in peace. The restaurant does not serve everyday so pay attention. If I understand well you can go to the Germany in 30 minutes by Tramway because the locals say that the last station of the tramway is Germany. I really have a very good experience with Athena spa hotel, i recommend it.

The hotel was lovely, difficult to book from another country due to 2 factor authentication with credit. Sauna and pool was greatly enjoyed.

The hotel is very modern with pool and spa. Very comfortable room with large bathroom and very comfortable queen sized bed. Although the restaurant was closed I had a delicious salmon tartar delivered to our room. My Husband had a burger and beer deal in front of football on TV ( France v Belgium).

Nice breakfast. But toilet in our room didnt seem clean on arrival and there where No toiletries

The spa and breakfast buffet was nice, furthermore I appreciate there was a fitness room (although with limited equipment) so generally the hotel was nice and above average.

The place is very nice to stay with the family or your lover.

It was good value for money, but you need to book parking in the garage for 8 euros, just in case the free lot is full.

Excellent. Room was very good. Clean. Everything is new. Air conditioning works pretty good too. Reception desk employees are very knowledgeable and gives a very good service. Iwill come back again

Very nice hotel. Rooms were good and beds comfortable. Pool, sauna and steam room were the highlight of our stay. Loved it
