Pros: Location, beach front and beach is very good, nearby restaurants/market/shopping, nice breakfast, good bar if you want to drink something after dinner Cons: parking is extremely limited (only 4 or 5 cars can park), no elevator, need to pay for beach towels, hotel next door plays music so loud.

I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time because of my flight schedule. They told me the room was not ready and they said they were making it ready so I waited at the hotel restaurant for a while and then got back to lobby to wait .After waiting for a couple of hours they told me the room was ready. First of all nobody asked me to help me to carry my luggage and they just gave me the room key . Secondly The room was all the way back of the hotel and the room floor was full of dead flies and the live ones all over. It wasn’t clean at all.And I had waited that long in that boiling hot weather for this horrible room. It was disappointing,I went to the reception and while I was complaining about that the manager came out of her room and helped me to get a better room. She did her best but my impression about the hotel didn’t change. I wish they had better customer service . I wish they had provided the room clean & neat at the first place. I have stayed at many hotels all around the world never been treated like this . Although the location of the hotel is perfect , I would not recommend if your expectation cleanliness and good service.

So nice hotel you feel the holiday feelings there

Royalisa is located in a prime location in Alanya at the Cleopatra beach. Breakfast is quite okay, lunch can be improved, service at the beach is good & staff is very friendly. Cleaning can be improved with respect to the time of cleaning and the quality as well. Overall it’s definitely a place to be considered to stay at.

Nice hotel. However bass noise from disco next door and hotel bar unacceptable for a restful sleep. Was told nothing could be done about noise. Was moved to sister property several blocks away from beach. Royalist apt. A much nicer property but not on beach. Would not recommend staying at the beach location.

Excellent value for money for a hotel located on the most beautiful beach in the area (Cléopatra), but to be favored preferably for fans of the festive side of the coast. The reception and restaurant staff are very available and pleasant.

We booked this hotel mainly because it stated it was a adult only hotel, but it isnt . There where children all day everyday. When we asked the staff ,why he responded that they come from sister hotel. When my wife and i turned up at 01.20am the hotel receptionist tried to charge ,when i had already paid through Hotel.com. We had to change rooms the second day as we booked a partial sea view and we opened the curtains to a brick wall. The hotel decided to have ,what we call a RAVE we very very loud drum and base music and hoards of teenager's on the private beach owned by the hotel, with no warning at all. The music was so loud and we felt so sorry for any one flying out the next day and also the hotel had alot of OAPs staying ,which must of been terrible for them.. The whole hotel was a total joke and i really feel i should get a full refund .

Amazing location great faciltys and nice beeakfast will be going again

The location was great. Having breakfast and dinner next to the sea was great. The receptionists Banu and Sama were so helpful in giving information and help during my stay. The room was clean and up to a good standard. Any problems risen was fast to deal with. The staff during breakfast hour were great. Room with see view and balcony was great. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Good value for money. Sabah Al Abbas

Beach was amazing but hotel needs service and good staff

Its just ok.. off season so not too rowdy.. squeezed in between 2 bars.. 1night was pretty noisy due to music till late.

I would rate this hotel a 1 Star. Would never go back there. Linen was not fresh. No cleanliness. Pillows were lumpy. Room was not clean

it is the most terrible hotel I ever stayed at, and the staff at restaurant are the most unkind and NOT serviceminded. That is the first and last time I was there.

It was nice for one night..

Half April price very affordable. 12 euro a night excl. breakfast. Hotel just opened after the winter period. Free parking+wifi (wifi in room). The location is perfect.... directly on the beach ))) Restaurant staff friendly, great food menu and best breakfast! Lovely siting areas with magical sun, rise-sets, sea and historical castle views. Shower needs a refreshing update. Lots of cement rests and some molt. Aircondisioner needs a refil. Reception, tecknision, cleaning ladies everybody so friendly and hard working people. I recomend this hotel to everybody. I would go back anytime....

Nice hotel friendly staff...close to beach with good food

This is a beautiful hotel right on the beach, clean and very well organised. Rooms are well designed and comfortable. Good restaurant with right prices. Great value for what you pay. Would recommend to anyone.

Cosy little budget hotel in a great spot right on the beach. Everything you need nearby. Turkish food there is great and fresh. No crappy English food! Good mix of nationalities.
