Excellent breakfast buffet, beautiful pools and restaurants, and friendly staff. I would return.

Great resort hotel

Service was great, food fantastic, environment wonderful. One of the best places we’ve stayed in the world.

The facility was great but unfortunately the 3 worse sleeps we ever experienced during our holidays and we had in our bedroom,with the noise we had from above our bedroom.we were at room 2613-management came to witness the noise of chairs and tables dragging on and off but seems like not a big deal.

So this review would have been one of 5 stars, However the fact that we booked a room and had the bait and switch done on us at check in was not appreciated. The front desk (check in staff) are quite dismissive and standoffish. When we question why the toom type we paid for and were sold was not provided ? They just said sorry we are busy this is what you get ! How is this acceptable, they just stayed quiet and didn’t do anything what’s so ever. That being said the pool is amazing and the pool and restaurant staff and excellent and went above and beyond to provide a high level of service. But when your check in process is horrible it puts a damper on everything

This property had to be the best in all Bali. The each is clean and beautiful. The resort is unbelievable. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet unbelievable. Soo much variety. The gym is huge. Full commercial gym. Best I’ve seen in a hotel. The pools are great Highly recommended

When you pay you expect service with enthusiastic and hope they explain everything but check in was not very welcoming i think they were more interested in wedding party than every day customers. All staff look tired and they didn't even said when where or what time is breakfast and nothing in the room that we can read and find out. No Bathrobes in the rooms toiletries are not nice at all looks basics. Towels looks old and time to change for new.water was free that is plus point but basics hotel provide soft drink in minibar freeze free but nothing from this hotel .when we went for breakfast we had to wait in queue and than lady took people from front of us and untill she don't finish with them we had to wait outside untill they dsay we can seat after that breais not good compare to other 5star hotel again they only interested in Asian food .other breakfast is not good at all ,fresh fruit juice been in plastic containers and when we ask they gave us from there in very small glasses. For breakfast they don't even have granola that we can make our own bowl.they had small ready granola in like small wine glass .for cereal they had plastic bowand that even don't look nice .I was very exited to stay in this hotel but very disappointing. We had dinner in restaurant and food was average. I would not stay there again and don't recommend to my friends and family.

Mulia Resort is an amazing experience in most aspects! There are still some parts of the soft product that can be improved. Almost all staff wearing facemasks at this point feels very cold and gives me a constant reminder of the sad past we had. Service is correct, but lacks warmth, compared to most other hotels in Bali, ive visited during my 30 days here. Buffet at The Cafe is magical, so i didnt have time to check the other restaurant in the resort. As a returning guest at the hotel and gold member at Hotels.com i was hoping for a room with a view, but sadly the backside isnt much to brag about. But all in all, i didnt pay for extra view, but still was hoping for a nice view. Room itself was excellent and the bed could fit a queen, im sure.

Our stay at the Mulia Villas was relaxing and enjoyable. The Villa exceeded expectations & was a comfortable & relaxing space to spend time in. The resort offered many dining, drinking, swimming & relaxing spaces to enjoy. The treatments at the spa were wonderful. The staff in all areas were welcoming, polite, friendly and very accommodating. Especially enjoyed the Living Room. This was a truly relaxing holiday with no real need to leave the resort. Looking forward to returning there again.

Room was average For the money we paid we would have expected a pod coffee machine rather than a plastic white kettle Toiletries were of poor quality, the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel like straw No bathrobes in rooms The pools were very warm , felt like spas and weren’t a comfortable temperature to cool down Otherwise mulia was very well kept And a lovely resort

We have never stayed in Nusa Dua before and our stay at the Mulia was next level. Staff so friendly and nothing too much of a problem.

Everything was excellent as i expected. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

I first stayed at the Mulia ten years ago and it was outstanding then. Fast forward 10 years and it is still magnificent the best hotel in Bali. However I do believe that a few mini things need to be addressed. Firstly We we’re celebrating our engagement in Soleil restaurant, food was great but service not so good. We hadn’t finished our entree when out came the main meal. I said we need 15 minutes and they gave us 3 minutes. The second was we walked into the bottom area of the hotel that looks over the beach. When I asked a waitress can we have a table for a afternoon drink I was informed that we are not allowed in that area of the hotel and we must leave now. It wasn’t a nice start on our first day at the Mulia. The rest of the stay outstanding.

Pillows were too soft for our liking. Apart from that it was excellent

Excellent staff service. Picture perfect resort. Reasonable prices for decent food and drinks Rooms were clean and well designed. Staff were all very friendly and helpful at all levels. Location is perfect with great pools and facilities. Highly recommend. I will be coming back in the future

I’ve been to a few resorts around the world, but this one is by far the best. Clean, quiet, approachable and welcoming staff, and beautiful beaches. Excellent choice of food around the clock.

Has to work on better service during breakfast especially when the hotel has high occupancy as people waited in queues in the mornings just for a table and their restaurant manager was very rude when we raised this to him, telling us that we should come at opening time so as to get a breakfast table if we don’t want to wait, rather then being courteous and trying to figure out a ln easier process to avoid people waiting, he opted to give his personal suggestion.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Pools were great, breakfast very good and restaurants were really good also
