It was a magical place to stay. I wish I could have stayed here for longer.

A beautiful guesthouse, super clean, comfy bed, spacious room with a delicious breakfast served each morning. About a 20 walk down into the town center, highly recommend!!

Hostess do her best to make us free of trouble . She gave us clear and in time direction about how to get the key , how to parking. Great breakfast and nice service.

This is a little gem on Como Lake. We very much enjoyed our stay. It is in perfect walking distance to a Cafe on the beach. We'd love to come back some day. Britta & Parker from Colorado, USA

Great stay! Would definitely recommend. The pictures do not do the hotel justice. Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms with AC and wifi. Parking and breakfast available. About 25 minute walk to downtown Bellagio.

Very nice bed and breakfast - room was large with full bath included, had A/C, great breakfast. about a 1 1/2 mile trek into Bellagio, but not a bad walk at all. Very happy with our stay at alocanda della Maria

Excellent service especially in helping us find taxis at critical times. Good rooms. But inconvenient location- should not be categorized as a Bellagio hotel when it is 30 min walk away. Transportation quite inconvenient, had to wait for 30-120 minutes to get on to a bus to Como. Also no help in getting luggage up to 3rd floor, it was very difficult to operate without elevator. Taxis very expensive. We should have selected a Bellagio hotel.

Nice and clean, but nobody in the building during the day

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, nice and quiet and the ferry on the lake stopped there. The price was good. I recommend this for a couple who wants a nice quiet vacation.

The hotel was wonderful. We had a room with a view of the lake. The accommodations were all top notch. The surrounding areas were beautiful with a great walking path around the lake, by the river, and through old town. It’s safe and easy to ex0lore and shop. Highly recommend.

The room is clean and spacious. The beds are firm and comfortable, the pillows are a bit too bulky for us but it’s a personal preference. The furniture, in my opinion, look outdated, but again some guests may like the “antique” types of furnishings. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and one block from the lake. There’s a ferry dock with limited service. Breakfast offers fresh fruits, hard boiled eggs, cold meats, cheeses, yogurt, delicious cakes and hot beverages. The hostess, Laura, is extremely helpful, so is her assistant, Giovanna(?)! The place is charming. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were fabulous. It is reasonably priced for not being in the center of the city. Breakfast was more than adequate. Checking in was a bit hard, since this is a bed and breakfast place without a registration desk.

The host was wonderful. She offered us a ride to the ferry free of charge. Very kind and helpful. My only issue was that the shower was so tiny, you could barely turn around

We had the best time at this cute BNB. The daily buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day. The place was impeccably clean. It is located close to the biggest/best beach in all of Bellagio.

Nice to be a bit removed from the busty centre. The host is incredibly helpful and really cares for her guests.

Have to unload car then park down the hill (free). A bit noisy when people come up and down stairs. Nice breakfast. A/C was good. Helpful staff. Not really located near any restaurants that you can walk to. Have to take car and hope to find a parking spot on narrow, windy road. There is a deli nearby and a restaurant, but it was closed the two nights we were there. Recommend Silvio restaurant up the hill connected to a hotel. Room was nice and clean.

property itself is great, clean, spacious and quiet with a nice breakfast, though a bit pricey for the location as It is a mile away from the actual city of Bellagio.

Great place to stay. We loved the idea of being in a neighborhood that helped us relate to local life.

This was a great gem. Only downside is if you book the Carmen room, it is an attic that has been converted to a room, so I ended up walking around like a hunch back and banging my head onto the low beams. So just be aware when you book. Otherwise, the ladies were phenomenal and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Definitely would stay there again, in a normal room.

We had very pleasant stay.Super clean,great communication ,easy accessible by ferry to see all villages around lake Como. Parking is a plus just one minute away. Thank you 🙏!

Very nice room. The room was fully prepared for us. The second bed we needed was pulled out and prepared for our daughter. The in attractions to get in were very clear and precise. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was very good. Love the. Soap in the r bathroom. Such a great smell. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Lake Como is a must see. So beautiful.

Stayed for one night! Place is impeccable with a smooth self check in; Laura, the owner, day before check in provided all the info and it was so easy! She was also very responsive to any questions and helpful. The breakfast is very good and tasty! Overall i would definitely recommend this B&B…i give it a 5*****!
