The room was a steal for the price and each employee was phenomenal

Loved being so close to the beach in the Crest at Wildwood. Nice beach. Enjoyed the ocean view from room. Friendly staff. Parking a little tight. Comfortable beds and very clean. Nice deck and area to grill dinner. Pool very inviting. Will definitely book there again.

Parking is very tight. Show in master bedroom didn't work properly water only came out about half at shower head. Room was not very quiet. Our room and the facility was clean and staff was very friendly. Loved the access to the beach.

The only thing I didn’t like was when I would leave the hotel and come back there was no place to park my vehicle

This motel was very good. The room was spacious and clean front desk staff were great! The pool is clean and beautiful. Beach access also! I would definately stay there again!

The hotel was excellent. The service was wonderful. Called ahead to ask if our room came with an iron and ironing board in room. They didn't but said they would have one for us in our room when we got there. Had trouble with a unexpected charge on my card and it was apologized for and quickly fixed.

Everything was great. I was happy with checkin. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Checkin took all of 5 minutes. Very fast. Room was a great little studio suite. Cute and clean. This was my first time staying at the shore. I wish we stayed longer then 1 night became hoe happy we were snd how friendly the othwr guest were also. Nice pool area and shared balcony. Couldnt ask for more for me and my family of 2 adults 2 teenagers and a newborn. Thanks for the great stay!

Great value beach property close to Cape May, clean, quiet and safe. We were there on a chilly day and there's no heat. Cleaning product on floor made floors slippery. Amenities were lacking--no clock, no coffee, worn toilet seat.

Great location, room and pool. My grandkids and I really enjoyed it.

Great location! The room was spotless. My only gripe is that the beds were terribly uncomfortable. You could feel every spring in the mattress. The blanket was rough and felt like a hospital blanket. I was glad I brought my own. But you really can't beat the location, right on the beach!

Had a nice suite with 2 bedrooms. The pool was a perfect size for the kids and it was right near the beach. I like the fact that it had a picnic table area with grills and sort of like a private beach area right next to it. I would go again

Had a great stay at the hotel. Super friendly staff that couldn’t have been nicer. For instance, check out was at ten, but that was the same time the pool opens and the kids wanted to swim. So I asked if we could still use the pool even after we checked out. They said of course … you can use it as long as you’d like, but you may have to move your vehicle if we need the space. I couldn’t believe it. I thought for sure they’d say no. So we ended swimming for another hour. Definitely will be staying there again. I did have one issue, but that was with Hotels.com and not the Hotel. In their description they said you would have to bring your own bed sheets as the Hotel doesn’t provide them. So I went out and bought new bedding for the trip. Of course as soon as we get to the room all of the beds have sheets and blankets. WTH?? Maybe it was a COVID protocol or something? I don’t know, but they should update their website. I was able to return them for a full refund, so it worked out. So in conclusion I definitely recommend staying there. Sincerely, Room 109

What an amazing experience. Everyone is so friendly. I felt so comfortable and relaxed. We will definitely be returning next year!
