I’m in Sioux Falls for work a lot and this hotel is definitely my favorite. Great restaurant on site, Starbucks, and walking distance to all of the good charm of downtown Sioux Falls

Great downtown location with the river & trail just below the hotel, a fantastic restaurant within the hotel (CRAVE), and Starbucks also located on the same property. It was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and the hotel itself is very nice.

Pretty expensive hotel for what it actually has to offer. Doesn’t even include complimentary breakfast.

I had a quick trip for work. I love the downtown location.

Great location. Restaurant and bar (inside and outside) were excellent. Walk on river area to other restaurants and bars was great as well

Our family had a great night at this location. We had a delicious dinner at the in hotel restaurant and appreciated having a Starbucks open when we left early the next morning. The hotel was clean and quiet, staff was friendly, and the location worked well for our travel route.

I absolutely convinced Paris Hilton would not have stayed here. Very limited parking. Restaurant that was so noisy you couldn't even talk to your companion. Furniture that was old. Sofa that squeaked every time you sat down. No TV guide. Sheets that didn't fit the bed. We had reserved a king bed got a queen. Kindergarten sized toilet. No grab bars in shower. Exit stairs on our floor was blocked off with yellow tape. Must I go on.

Crave Restaurant was excellent and wonderful service. Front desk staff very efficient and courteous. A great place to staff.

Overbooked-- Had upgraded room with river view booked and they sent me to holiday inn with a room not even comparable-- no compensation.. Very disappointed

Quiet

Overall, a nice hotel with friendly people who work there. Excellent location on the riverfront. The only thing I noticed is the furniture in the rooms was pretty worn out. The mattress was comfortable though would stay here again.

Had a great stay. Great location, right by walking trail to falls. Big comfortable rooms, dog friendly. Crave and Starbucks nearby. Walking distance to downtown Sioux Falls. Only complaint was they closed outdoor bar and eating options both nights because of bad weather that never came. Both nights it was clear and a top 10 kind of weather.

Front desk staff was unstaffed for over half hour. Even after that, the guy was is no rush to check us in. Not even a smile

Great checkin and friendly staff. Loved the on site dinning option. Our meal at Crave was delicious. Beautiful restaurant and outside patio.

Nice hotel-Starbucks and Crave restaurant located downtown and by the river. Trains running at night nearby-only complaint

The surroundings of the property were beautiful. Rooms were clean and functional but not well maintained. The wood furniture showed lots of wear and tear.

Super impressed!

The hotel is close to the waterfalls so we were able to take an enjoyable short walk to see them after being in the car all day. We ate at the restaurant on sight and had a delicious meal.

Great hotel for a Business trip!

We have everything we need. Walking to the fall park Is the best.

Polite staff clean room

Loved the amenities like the river front, restaurant, and Starbucks coffee shop. The rooms are showing wear and tear that need to be fixed, especially in the bathrooms.

Staff asked us if we were in town for anything special & I mentioned that it was a girls weekend of sorts to celebrate my daughter's bday. Shortly after we got to our room, staff brought up a basket of goodies & a card. My daughter loved it! Super kind gesture!

The hotel is conveniently located and the resteraunt was good. The hotel staff was not a helpful as one would expect at the price of the rooms. The door handle did not work properly and we were unable to get in the room. I had to go back down to find out the trick to make the door handle work. That trick had to be performed multiple times to get the door to open once. The HVAC system did not work propely, we had to sweat or hang meat. The wallpaper in the bathroom appeared to have drywall mud or paint all over. Again,for the price of the room, they should be near perfect. They did not provide any solition to these issues, so the next morning we requested to be moved to a different room, which they did do. After that we had no other issues and enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Very nice to have Crave Starbucks and a little snack bar on site. Easy parking. Nice area.

Stay was good. Lightening in hotel is not so good, including in the bathroom. Hard to do makeup.
