Location is great and close to various facilities, shopping malls, dining options nearby are rich. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again in future.

The furniture in the room is too old. They should put more towels, big and small in the room instead of just two each. The bed is too hard. Overall the interior of the room could be rated 3 star at the most in a 5 star hotel.

We were upgraded to a very spacious room. it was a Perfect space Personnel were absolutely perfect, helpful to the point of reserving a trip to the Chinese wall and for the very difficult to get the Forbidden city

I recently had the pleasure of staying at New World Beijing Hotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience from before arrival to Beijing to the end of the trip. Fisher Zhang, Chief Concierge and Lily – Front Office Staff were very helpful; helping me with our airport transfer and advising me how to go about booking for attraction tickets. Upon checking in, I was greeted by the friendly and efficient staff who made the process seamless and hassle-free. They were professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs and preferences were met. The level of customer service at this hotel is truly outstanding. The room itself was spacious, elegantly furnished and very clean. Overall, my experience at the New World Beijing Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's attention to detail, warm and attentive staff, made my stay truly memorable.

It was an amazing experience. We've felt welcome and greeted, upgraded as gold hotles.com member. The room : one of the best hotels and staff ever experienced. He really went out of the way to ensure that our trip was comfortable. Major city sight seeing and shopping attractions are just 5 mins by taxi.Highly recommended.

Beautiful, elegantly decorated, spacious rooms, well located property . Spa and public areas beautiful and extremely comfortable. Rooms very big and nicely decorated. Very classy hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room that was very spacious and great storage for bags and hanging clothes. About 10 mins from the closet train station, heaps of shopping and restaurants around.

It was a really nice experience to stay here. Cozy and easy to go to surrounding places. But on the way from the Beijing international airport, traffic was really heavy.

Service from when we arrived to when we left was amazing. The room was modern and well equipped with attention to detail and personalised touches.A special mention to the staff in the Residence Lounge for their service and professionalism. Everything was amazing

friendly staff, convenient location and close to everything

It was a pleasant stay. Booked a suite with lounge access. The suite is spacious and well equipped. Front desk staffs were professional and friendly. Lounge is spacious as well. Staffs in lounge were super. Breakfast were great. Manager Sally and her co-workers were there taking great care of me every morning and cocktail hours. A big thumbs up to Sally, Oscar, Leona, Roshani, Hannah, Ray and Krystal. Ill definitely come back when I visit Beijing again.

Overall the hotel is good in terms of style for location, interior design, service, amenities, especially the pool and jacuzzi, not too crowded. Excellent choice and reasonably priced for business hotel.
