The hotel itself is nice and clean, but the shower head didn’t work very well at all. No offense to pet owners, but i was roomed next to someone that had a big dog that barked all night and cure was to turn on their television and turn it up loud. In my opinion only, they should put pet owners on their own floor until they run out of rooms.

There was literally puke under our bed. When i showed them the picture they moved me to a different room. The second room had hair all over the bed. It was already after midnight at this point so i just asked for fresh sheets and pillow cases and called it a night. When i talked to Management the next morning, they didnt offer me any type of a refund nor a discount. We will NOT be staying here again.

Good area. Staff were pleasant. Pool is warm for the summer. Easy with the dog friendliness. Elevator stopped working for a bit. Our room smelled kind of sour. Good breakfast.

The hotel location, room, breakfast selection and friendly staff made this LaQuinta a great stay.

Had a great stay! Just one night stop on a road trip, but we're very happy with our choice. Everything was very clean, fresh, new and updated!

Very good the shower 🚿 needs a bit of adjusting to shower from the seat. Im short the bed was to tall for me. Other then that great place.

Did not have enough wash cloths. Over all appearance looks run down. It did not look clean. Food was cold

Pool broken down. We were hot and tired after a long day of driving and it was a disappointment. Also, generally run down. Room was fine. Clean enough. Got the job done for the 1 night we were there.

Absolutely the WORST hotel stay of my life. Traveling from out of state I booked my room on hotels.com like usual. Never had an issue with hotels.com. I arrive at the hotel and the front desk clerk proceeds to check me in then says that I need to pay for my room. I had already. She kept calling me by the wrong first name insisting I pay. She then said I had no reservation and I needed to contact the third party app because they hadn’t booked my room. After 20 minutes of arguing while on the phone with hotels.com and her on speaker she finally admitted to giving my booking to someone else got into an open argument with her boss in front of us on the phone then she QUIT and just left us standing there with no room, no refund, no resolution. She kept insisting they were completely full before she quit saying they had nothing for me. They made the other woman that they gave my room to come down and wanted her to vacate it. I said that was completely uncalled for. They woke her up like it was her fault!!! After midnight we got to go to our room which was a suite, the same room we booked, just sitting there empty. So why wake her? Why the big deal? I don’t get it. Just give us the other empty room. The manager insured she would keep in touch with me after I checked out to “make it right” and of course I never heard from her. Do not book here!!!!

It was too much stuff to talk about. It's was not nice and I want be back. I should have a got my money back.

Wonderful people. Very helpful and nice. Food was good. Even being under construction everything was clean and nice.

We stayed overnight for the trip. The place was as expected. Good!!

Very clean, bright and friendly

Property is under renovation. The room they have me was already open when I got to it. There was foot prints on the front landing of the door. All the lamps had no light bulbs for some reason. Sink was cracked. I’m guessing this room was next on the list for renos or the construction crews were using it. Besides that, tv channel were great, bed was incredibly comfortable. Room temp was excellent. Shower was good. Lots of parking. Gas station next door. Easy access. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was just ok, not up to normal LQ standards that I’m used to. Will stay again after renovations are complete but not for at least the next year or so.

This hotel is a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend this place. The desk personal was very friendly and helpful. The house keeping was even better than the many hotels around them.

Hotel in the middle of a remodel and will be very nice when done. We had no problems during our stay, just a bit worn.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is going through a remodel and it currently looks new.

Trash behind the building, sink wouldn’t drain, charged $25 for a dog.

Well appointed room but heater did not work and noisy facing US 69. Bkfast average. Bed comfortable and they accepted pets.

Trouble with the staff this time

We let them know we wouldn’t get there until midnight and it was 12 degrees when we got there and the heater wasn’t on. The room also smelled stuffy. Was not inviting after a long drive.

They completely messed up our reservations and gave our room to someone else and it took well over an hour to get it all taken care of! It is 11.24 pm now we got to the property at 10:15 and still have not got all the paperwork we need!

Double Queen bed and it was what you would expect. Breakfast was good. Everything was good

Other than finding a roach in the bathroom the stay was ok.

As I was going to sleep a roach ran across the dresser and into the microwave. I was told they would refund me, but it had to be thru hotels.com. Now they are refusing my refund. Because it was Thanksgiving no manager was on premises. I have stayed at this property before, and this is why I chose to stay again. As a former Flight attendant, I have stayed in COUNTLESS hotels and NEVER seen a roach.

Hallway on ground floor needed cleaning, had an odor. Our sink had been cracked and crack glued shut. Some of the baseboards we coming loose and our sheets had a hole worn in it. Needs renovation badly or we won’t be back Check in clerk was very nice.
