There were bugs in the room and beddings were dingy, pillows were so lumpy, and the towels were gray which I’m sure were white at one time. When I brought my concern to the staff’s attention they offered me another room but not that much different. They said they have a better room but I will have to pay extra for it. We had a 3 day reservation but checked out in less than 24hrs. I was not spending another penny on this hotel. I don’t know how this hotel even stay in business and I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND booking your stay here.

I have always stayed at Pinnacle when I visit Davao City, and was always happy about my stay…however, on this occasion, I felt the room I was in was not very clean, curtains falling off the rail, facing another bedroom window, toilets not very sanitised.

Had a nice stay at the Pinnacle hotel and suites.The breakfast was good plenty of choices and the staff were helpful would stay there again when in Davao.

Great reliable place for about 42 bucks a night. No probs. Restaurant off lobby is a bit spendy though... But excellent service.

The staff were all good and it’s a great location. My only disappointment was that i was there for 3 weeks and the toilet was not cleaned for 3 weeks and towels were not changed everyday. But I enjoyed staying there and the restaurant food was excellent

Very strict on Check In/Out, has P1000 Deposit for check in & P500 Deposit for requesting another key card, room is big which is nice but A/C isn't cooling since everything shuts off when key card is removed if youre eating out which a bit inconvenient esp if you have a gadgets that needs charging, found cheaper options near the area which we think is more premium than this hotel.

I’ve always stayed at Pinnacle Hotel when I visit my family ever since Marco Polo shut down. I always find it was quite convenient and the staff are friendly…however, this stay, I was a bit disappointed about their breakfast service! They ALWAYS ran out of fruits, dishes, Filipino kakanin and they were not topped up quickly, causing guests to wait 15-20 for a single dish ! If a paying guest dines, food should be available…

Room charge for “smoking/vaping in the room” when I don’t even smoke and I didn’t even stay there the night before. Was only there to shower. Was told that maybe the teenagers I was with were smoking/vaping. I was staying by myself since my mom already left that morning… both of us don’t smoke at all…

Processes in front desk are annoying. It takes too much time issuing a receipt. Gestures are not welcoming. They are not helpful to customers. There is only one key for a room with 2 occupants.

View from balcony room was spetacular. All amenities in room were well maintained. Hot water was abundant at all times. Breakfast was high point of every day. Best deal for the money in Mindanao

I have stayed at Pinnacle three times previously and this time, I have to keep asking the staff to refill the breakfast as the the containers were empty and the fruit platters were always empty!!! You should have someone checking the amount of food as it’s annoying to keep waiting!

Staff at the front desk aren’t very nice, she let me stand waiting with out even saying anything until I finally ask her to check in and she just said “ wait lang sir”. Not very friendly at all..

No early check-in . Hot tub is not hot. Waited 45 minutes for someone to come check but no one showed up despite 3 requests from me. They kept saying someone was coming ....but it was ok. Grwat neighborhood

The hotel is very accessible to the mall and other places I wanted to transact with. The services were effy though. Basic items like towels were not ready and the receptions desk took forever to respond when you call them.

I was there to stay only for two days but ended up extended extra 3 days, because of how wonderful everything turned out. Very friendly staffing and helpful. Rooms and hotel very clean. Can walk to big mall in 5 minutes. Nothing negative except breakfast buffet has limited choice.Over all I would rate this hotel a 9+ out of 10. Definitely will go back to stay.

I am glad i stayed at Pinnacle Hotel. A very nice high end hotel for the area. A great all you can eat breakfast from 6 to 10. Great staff. Beautiful pool area. Security was friendly and called taxi for us so didn't have to walk down to the main street. The main street around hotel looked a bit rough.

Staff vert friendly and helofull .breakfast very good . But they were having renovations during my stay paint smell was not good at all times plus very noisy

Pinnacle was a really nice, comfortable hotel to stay in. Very convenient to almost everything like shopping Mall, food places/ restaurants/ cafes/ and even a hospital.
All the staff are friendly and helpful.
The only thing that needs to be improved is the WIFI connection.
We will be back.

The hotel was clearly very beautiful. Unfortunately, my room had some peeling paint and there was some grime in the bathroom. The good location, staff, and bread pudding made up for it. Room was bigger than expected. Front desk staff graciously agreed to extend my check out when I told her all flights were cancelled due to the storm
