One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at in a while! The king room was gorgeous, I loved all of the brick! The bed was sooo comfortable, and it was awesome having so much space with a living room and full kitchen. The location couldn’t have been better nestled on a quiet street but only a block away from bourbon street, or a quick walk to Jackson square or Caesar’s Superdome. The pool was beautiful and peaceful as well. My friend and I kept saying we have to stay again the next time we come.

Overall, we were very happy with Grenoble House. Location was wonderful, loved the European feel and the private patio/pool areas. Perhaps cushions on the lounge chairs would make them more comfortable. Only negative comments we have are: 1) No place to hang wet towels!!!! No towel bars!! 2) It was not made very clear that we had to specifically request to have our rooms cleaned. We were given a paper with instructions, but that should have been on top in bold letters! And we should have been told in person when we checked in. Otherwise, would really enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is more like an aparthotel as our room had 2 floors and a kitchen available. It was very, very clean, the bed was super comfortable. We appreciated that the front door to the hotel was locked and you had to be buzzed in. Also that each time you left, you left your key which allowed you not to worry about losing it. the location was great, close to Bourdon street but you couldn't hear Bourbon street craziness. Our issues were the spiral staircase in the room which lugging bags up to the bedroom can be a lot. The water pressure was very low. There was no lotion in the room, so bring your own. All in all it was a nice stay.

Was in New Orleans for a conference and so glad I opted to stay at Grenoble House instead of the chain hotel most conference attendees were staying at. Loved the old world charm . Suite was so spacious and bed was really comfortable. Complimentary water and coffee station ws a nice touch. Being in the heart of the French Quarter, it was easy walking distance to all the best restaurants.

Such a charming little place in an excellent location! It was romantic and charming and even though it was 2 blocks from Bourbon Street, it was quiet (barring any drunks returning late!). Would love to stay there again and again!

The staff were helpful in directing us to various areas of interest.The hotel has an old feel to it that was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was difficult to get checked in to tge hotel due to the amount of traffic when we arrived.

Unique Boutique type hotel which was very clean and renovated beautifully. Stayed in a king room with kitchenette and living space. Well appointed bathroom and kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This accommodation is more like renting a room in a fairly nice boarding house. Really no service, which surprised us especially given the cost. When we first entered there was no “hello” or help from the first deck but only a weary sounding “check in?” Also little things missing that a traveler would expect like a luggage rack or just somewhere to place or unpack a suitcase other than the floor.

We were so happy and lucky to find this place. It had everything we wanted! A swimming pool, hot tub, kitchenette, and 24 hour security. It was centrally located in the French Quarter! We love it and highly recommend it!

Excellent, well located. HOWEVER, surprise, automatic, large “cleaning fee” is outrageous and was not listed on the per night room rate or extra charges until it was shown on the receipt. This place is a hotel not a private home on Airbnb.

This is a fun unique stay in a good location. It was easy to walk to many areas of New Orleans. We felt safe and although there is sometimes noise it is amazing how quiet it can be with Bourbon St not too far away. We had a great fun king two floor King suite and the bed was super comfortable. Everyone who worked the front desk was nice. Would stay there again!

Location was perfect! One street over from Bourbon, but only a 2 minute walk to the action and great food! Room was exceptionally clean! They also pay close attention to detail such as great coffee,and quality toiletries! 😁 Bed was very comfortable! We had a great time at this quaint little place in the heart of it all! Courtyard was gorgeous! I can't say enough about this place! We absolutely loved it!

Pros: very large apartment type unit! We were two people, but could’ve easily added 2-4 more. It was very convenient location in French Quarter. A little bit of street noise, but I’m guessing less than other streets. Friendly, available staff. The bed was pretty comfortable. Cons: there is no elevator and some rooms are on the third floor (ours was) and shower water pressure was extremely low. This was fine for us, could be hard for others.

I liked how beautifully restored the bldg was. The bedding and pillows were very tired and needed to be replaced. My friend has mobility issues and had to carry her luggage up the stairs without any assistance. We were told there wasnt any help and we could look at the room, if we didnt like it we could go elsewhere. I found the receptionist on arrival very rude and unaccomadating.

Loved it so much I extended my stay and wasn’t ready to leave after my 6 night stay! The entire staff is extremely courteous, friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable! Super roomy and stocked units in a quiet and private atmosphere. Very clean and conveniently located! I will be back!

My son and I really loved our visit to NoLa and our stay at Grenoble House. The room was well appointed, spacious and loved that it had a full kitchen! Loved the hot tub, as well! The location was also superb: close to the action, but quiet evenings. Have already shared this property's info with friends who have interest in touring NoLa!

Grenoble House is our favorite go to spot in the French Quarter! The rooms are beautifully decorated,quiet and comfortable.The kitchen is definitely a plus! The front desk workers are always accommodating and awesome! It’s also a very close and convenient walk to everything in the French Quarter.We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit New Orleans!
