I stayed at 3 different hotels during my stay and the Hyatt was the worst. Checking in and having to look into a camera then onto a small and dirty room. The room overlooking a construction site and noise from train all day. Housekeeping came daily around 5 pm (a little late in the day). You could not bring food into the hotel so stuck with overpriced food on premises. Honestly unless you like to lose money gambling pick a different hotel.

Hyatt Regency is close to the airport so you can avoid the traffic, it is clean and security is great. There are options around to eat and the endless minibar is fantastic. Overall a great hotel and great for families.

I recently stayed at the hotel on 3 seperate occaisions within 3 weeks. Generally very good experience but some irritations. Having made resevations, at check in need to complete name,email,cell .... each time!!. Passport check, yes, ok. Queue at breakfast infuriating. More staff needed and better system required so dont have to stand for over 10 minutes before before details are taken, again, and then being shown to table. Concierge and baggage handling courteous/helpful & excellant/. We left some bags at hotel for 3 weeks with no fuss. Some small improvements would get hotel 5 stars

The hotel is very clean and at an excellent location. The food was quite delicious as well. Grab rides come very quickly with a short wait as well as the hotel provides a van to take you the airport (with a fee) which was a very smooth experience. I would definitely recommend this place even if it's just for a night, to recover from any exercisions throughout the stay in the Philippines

I went with my nephews to Hyatt for an overnight stay. They loved the hotel and they said that the staffs were very nice and accommodating. Definitely will go back!

The property itself is beautiful and in good condition. The staff are nice and well-mannered but are obviously not trained to a particular standard. This was evident in the way they interact with customers. For a 5 star hotel, one would expect more. The ban on outside food was communicated in every correspondence with the hotel to the point it got annoying.

Necy, the Front Desk Manager is an absolute delight. She is very nice, friendly yet very professional. She made our stay comfortables and relaxing. A perfect vacation all around because of her. All the Bellmen are super helpful, polite and respectful. We appreciate everyone at the Bell Desk. Mark, one of the managers at the Buffet restaurant is very attentive and went out of his way to make our dining experience more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel. We will be back for sure.

Customer service was excellent. Father's day weekend was busy with kids and families.
Be advised: Do not use the laundry service without reading the form. The fee is per piece and it's stupid expensive. An item in my luggage spilled, causing all of my clothes to need a wash. One load in the machine. Easy peasy right? Wrong!!! $140. I called, shocked, nothing they would do. Sorry sir.

The stay was like a staycation. We had problems on the first day with the maintenance trying to fix problems that should of been resolved before we checked in. We were given an upgrade after complaining to the manager. The front desk tried to sell me the upgrade for extra cost before we checked in. Great stay afterwards. If you charge a high price you should have a high standard no matter the price. Customer service and a smile can't make up for poor quality any where in the world.

This is perfect place if you want to “climatize” coming from North America to humidity. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Food/buffet has great selection. Shopping mall is next to the hotel. I just have to slashed one star from the over all rating. If you are sensitive to cigarette smell/ smoking, not for you. That’s from the casino downstairs. The floor we were in and the rooms smell acetone or fresh lacquer. But, definitely will be coming back!

Enjoy my stay! The deluxe room was super spacious and I love the complimentary mini bar item! Loved the convenience of the restaurants and shopping on site plus the mall is across the street, easy to walk to with more restaurants and shopping options! Staff was very friendly! And the casino was fun! Enjoy it! I will definitely return!

Stayed here many times and it is always wonderful! The staff make the difference but the whole hotel and the setting in City of Dreams is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about the kindness and attentiveness of the staff - especially the whole staff of the lounge and Ms Melody in particular.
